Closed 110pm Monday, no signs. Urgent care says they have been out all day and don’t know when they will be open. Save the trip and have your doctor send the prescription somewhere else.

Hope is one of the best pharmacies anywhere. They are efficient, pleasant, and do ALL possible to make sure I know all I need to know about the Rx, as well as any co-pay. I think they are wonderful as do others on Yelp. Only one bad review and the lady's anger is really misplaced.

Best pharmacy In town. I've never had a problem, and if my insurance doesn't cover something they always are able to find a different brand or similar prescription. I've also called several times for questions regarding medications and they always are happy to help! I typically hated going to the pharmacy before I started using them, now it's a breeze and they are super friendly unlike others I've used in the area!

Great little pharmacy, super fast, and great prices, The pharmacist is really accessible, he really helped me out when I was getting ready to leave town and let me pick up a prescription a few days early for my son. Would never get this kind of understanding at a big retail pharmacy.

The only 1 star review on here is not Hopes fault at all. Shame on her for posting to damage a good neighborhood pharmacy's reputation. My experience with Hope has been delightful. They are fast, efficient and put their patients first. I am having my mom switch all of her prescriptions over because they are great to deal with. If you are looking for a good neighborhood pharmacy on the south side of Temecula... This place is it.

Nice and small pharmacy conveniently located next to my child's pediatrician office. We can get a prescription sent from the doctors office to here and by the time we walk down it's usually ready. They even take care of medications that may required to be suspended which apparently is a specialty because the next closest place that could it it was in Menifee. Very nice staff and helpful to get what you need right away. We'll continue to use them for our prescription needs.

Hope Pharamcy is awesome! I love how they deliver and have such a fast service. I enjoy coming here when I have to. You will not get this type of experience anywhere else especially not from big chained pharmacy's like walmart, rite aid etc. They actually care about you and try to help you to the best of their ability. Nothing but good things to say! Would recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

Ever since they opened I switched all my perception orders to them. The new owners are as amazing as the former. I don't have to wait too long unlike CVS. Friendly and very knowledgeable. There was a time when they were closed already but opened their door for me once they saw me trying to communicate. The wife was mopping the floor and didn't mind me making transactions. They are awesome. Will always use their services. Grateful for them.

This past Monday, Dr. Brigg's office called in my prescription to Hope Pharmacy, which is off then79 South, Temecula . I don't know why, when I was seen in Murrieta and live in Murrieta. Nonetheless, I was told that Hope pharmacy would be giving me a call. This was at 2 pm. By 4 pm I decided to call them. I was told by the Gentleman that answered that he would check for my prescription as he had not seen anything come across for me. He came back to the phone and said he would have it ready and I could come in. He stated my co-pay would be $10. I sent my Husband to get it. He left immediately as I was told that the pharmacy would close in an hour. Hubby calls the pharmacy asking for directions and was told that my prescription was not approved by my insurance and told NOT to come. Hubby proceeded to drive to their location, to get more answers. When he arrived there, they had already closed their office and left. So my husband drove 30 minutes ( with traffic) only to be locked out. Tuesday morning I get a call from Dr. Briggs office. The gal stated that my prescription was at WalGreens. But that the other prescription was at Hope and they would mail it to me. Everything checked out at Walgreens. However, Tuesday, Weds and Thursday came and went and nothing in the mail so I proceeded to call Hope again. Vanessa stated my prescription was ready. I asked her why it wasn't mailed. She stated that the Deuexis would've been mailed But not the Motrin and Pepcid. Don't understand the difference??? So now I have to make the drive with my sciatic pain at 4:00 on a Friday evening. It was just a dreaded drive and so painful. Upon entering Hope Pharmacy I was greeted by a young man. Everything as expected however I kept demanding answers as to why this prescription could not be mailed. He kept referring to a miscommunication .... I don't know who they miscommunicated with but I hope I never have to drive here again. I live in Murrieta. My Dr's office is in Murrieta. There are probably 50 or so Pharmacy's in my town and I should not have to drive past every single one of them! Yes, this is in part my Dr's office's fault but the first trip my husband took, was a wasted trip and was Hope's fault. In our day of technology, I do not understand the lack of communication. No excuses. I was in excruciating pain, and had to go through all this trouble. Today my husband was not here so I made the trip. Again, at 4:00 pm trying to beat closing time. It takes me 30 minutes to get there and 30 minutes to get home. 1 hour too many for someone in my condition. Again, this medicine should've been mailed on Tuesday. This is what I was told. No excuses.

Hope Pharmacy is great! The staff is very nice and accommodating. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable about medications and more than happy to answer all of my questions. My medication was filled very quickly so I didn't have to wait around long. I definitely recommend Hope Pharmacy and will definitely be returning in the future.
