Nice clean rooms. The A/C was a bit disappointing since it would not set below 68 degrees. That made it too warm for my liking while sleeping. Other than that everything was pretty solid & well equipped

Nice clean room that comes with a fridge, microwave, & dinning set for family or long term stay. Close to historic Old Town.

Love that is located walking distance from Old town. The free breakfast was really good specially the western style frittata. Rooms were clean and spacious. Free parking

Dirty and unsanitary hotel. Lack of adequate cleaning staff. Had to call Hilton Honors customer service in order to get them to clean the room. Hotel manager Ethan will tell LIES claiming your pet was in the room alone. If you are a person of color be prepared to be treated as if you are not wanted in this hotel. Hot Breakfast lies-frozen microwaved items with stale danishes and cold cereal with no milk. Independently owned and does not live up to the HILTON brand. A Motel 6 at best.
Update: In Retaliation for my review, rate was changed on the last night from $178 to $409 and overcharged me for the stay. Illegal credit card fraud for warning potential guests about unsanitary conditions. Will reach out to the California attorney general’s office to see what recourse is available.

We booked a 2 night stay in a one bedroom suite (King bed). Diamond status is recognized, but you don't get anything really as this brand doesn't do upgrades (but the one bedroom was reasonably priced) and they have breakfast for everyone.
Rooms were clean and front desk was friendly. It was very standard for a Home2Suites. It's not walkable to anything, but the mall, food places, and "old town" are all very easy to get to driving. It's a cute town for a stopover.
Our room did have a little view of mountains. Pretty sunset.
Nearby activities: Old Town is great!

Worst experience at a Hilton that I’ve ever had and I’ve been staying at hiltons consistently through the country for decades.
We called ahead and they confirmed they’d have a crib ready in the room for our child. Of course they didn’t and took them an hour to get it there.
Next day I hobble down and ask if I can use their microwave cause the kids sleeping in the room and dont want wake him. That’s a hard no. So I hobble back up to the room and just don’t eat for an hour.
Then the next night I ask if we can get a late checkout and they say you have to ask in the morning round 8.
Get down here bout 815 and Kayla tells me gleefully that I’m too late and that I should’ve just got there earlier. Shocked at the way she responded and was smirking in front of everyone while I tried to plead my situation (I have a condition that makes me unable to walk or carry heavy items too far). She was literally happy to make me and my families life inconvenient. She was just as horrible as the entire stay here.
Horrible, horrible service and in general just mean people.

Clean room and friendly staff.

The rooms are great. But beds are super firm and they don't have hair conditer in the bathroom to condition after washing. Add that and getting a bed that you don't feel that you are sleeping in a brick and this place would be five stars.

Really expensive. Room was a good size with a kitchen and full size fridge. The couch cushion had been flipped over instead of cleaned properly with food or some kind of residue on a pullout couch/bed. GROSS. The breakfast passes as barely ok but doesn't quite meet the level you are paying. There is a closet but no door or closure.

This room was what was expected. The only problems were the bed was a king size bed but the sheets were queen size so with 2 bigger people that was a problem. We stayed for 5 days and every time we had neighbors above us walking around it sounded like cattle running around. The coffee was great and always hot. I didn't try the breakfast because it didn't look very fresh or appetizing to my taste. The staff were always very friendly and helpful so that was a plus.

Great experience, we were able to take our pup. Hotel was close enough to uber to vineyards. Breakfast was ok, you are able to make your own waffles.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY, THEY ARE DIRTY AND LIARS.
I recently stayed at Home2 Suites in Temecula, CA for two nights with family. While there were some positive aspects of our stay, there were also several issues that detracted from our overall experience.
On the positive side, the day staff was friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the excellent service provided by the breakfast attendant, who managed to keep the food stations full despite the high volume of guests.
However, there were some notable drawbacks. Upon arrival, we found that there was no blanket for the pull-out couch as promised in our reservation. When we contacted the front desk, we were informed by an unpleasant clerk that there was no houseman on duty, but I could retrieve the blanket myself from the desk.
The most concerning issue was the condition of the pull-out couch mattress pad, which had several blood stains on it. We reported this to the night shift front desk but were told they didn't have replacements and couldn't leave their post. This lack of responsiveness was disappointing, especially considering the hygiene implications of the situation. The couch mattress itself also seemed overdue for replacement.
Additionally, the blackout curtain in our room didn't close correctly, leaving it crooked with a noticeable gap on one side. Furthermore, there were cleanliness issues in the bathroom, particularly under the sink vanity, which appeared to have been neglected for some time.
While there were certainly positives during our stay, the combination of these issues led us to decide not to stay for the second evening. When checking out, we mentioned the cleanliness issue. The clerk stated that Expedia would refund us. I contacted Expedia and the hotel would not approve the refund. This is obviously a franchise and not a good representative of Hilton. We hope that these concerns can be addressed by the hotel management to improve the experience for future guests.
Overall, our stay at Home2 Suites in Temecula had its ups and downs, highlighting both areas of satisfaction and areas for improvement.

Enjoyed my stay here! I loved the mini waffles available at breakfast! The batter is perfect and so tasty. Many options available at breakfast: mini waffles, bagels, muffins, danishes, breakfast sandwiches, hardboiled eggs, mini omelettes, cereal, yogurt, coffee, tea, OJ, apple juice.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful - front staff, breakfast staff, and servicing staff. Every single employee I came across. Shoutout to Bree, the girl servicing the rooms - she's so smiley and cheery whilst working, it's contagious!
The hotel has a nice firepit next to the pool that'd be nice to enjoy in the evening.
A few things I didn't care for:
The floor/carpet in the room looks clean but feels like it could use a mopping/shampooing.
The sofa had many stains on it
The coffee that guests can make in the rooms tastes like plastic (probably bc the water reservoir is plastic), but there is coffee available in the main lobby
I really like the amenities here. Shampoo smells lovely~ Was a pleasant stay. Keep up the good work, guys!
