Sonny and his team were great to work with. I refinanced two properties with Hogue Financial and the process couldn't have been easier. From start to finish Sonny and his team were always available to speak and answer all of my questions. If you're looking for a mortgage for a house or apartment complex, I highly suggest you call Sonny. He understands the mechanics of the loan process to make it as smooth as possible and the rates he has access to are very competitive.

I had a great experience with Sonny at Hogue Financial. Not only did he get me an amazing rate (saving me several hundred dollars a month on my mortgage payment), but the process was very simple, straightforward and fast! I could not have been happier. Far, far better than the last company that I refinanced with who tried to add additional costs at the very end of the loan process. Zero surprises with Hogue Financial!

Extremely happy with the outcome of our refinance. Sonny was on top of everything and kept us in the loop on all steps! I was relieved and amazed after other lenders couldn't help my wife and I get into a better loan. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a better deal.

Where do I start...from day one of inquiry on financing, Sonny was aloof. Once we decide to try and move forward, I called him out on his business model, as being lackadaisical! He assured me that was not their model...should have ran then! I can count on one hand how many times I was actually in contact with Sonny, who by the way received his broker fee and never once said thank you or congratulations on the purchase! HE DID THE ABSOLUTE MINIMUM to keep this transaction on track. The day before closing he and his "substandard" team had a "NEEDS LIST" of 11 items!! Who the hell works like that? Closing time frame was 60 days, plenty of time for everyone to get their act together. If you stumble upon this financial institution for your real estate needs...PLEASE RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION! Would NEVER recommend Hogue Financial to anyone! As a side note, my realtors review was deleted since they were not "first-hand" customer..my realtor was very FIRST-HAND with this transaction!! Well, let me tell you their concerns.... DO NOT USE THIS MORTGAGE LENDER!!!! NO COMMUNICATION, UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT! I was the buyer's agent on a transaction and there was such a lack of communication, we never knew where we stood. Sonny rarely answered his phone calls, voice mail was always full, and responded to text with one word..."checking" or "get back to you" AND NEVER FOLLOWING UP. The night before our funding was supposed to happen, Sonny told my buyer that he "forgot" to do some things, and sent a list of 11 conditions required by underwriting! Incompetency at its height! Really? I had to scramble to get what I could do and assigned escrow certain tasks, finding that he sent the same list to everyone with no direction as to what he needed from each. What a screw up! We were all working on the same list. This puts undue stress on everyone that was already at their peak of exaspiration and was totally unnecessary. I would NEVER recommend this mortgage lender in 100 years! Buyer beware! If I could give a 0 rating, I would!

Sonny is extremely professional to work with. He was very patient in answering all my questions and educating me with the process of refinancing. There is always a clear communication and he is very honest. He provides the best rates than anyone else in the market. I started my loan process within a day of talking to him. Cannot wait to close my loan soon and providing another review with my experience.

SONNY was through and explained every detail of my Ioan, gave me several options and good advise comparing different options. I recommend hogue Financial!
