My review 2023- The Heathpointe clinic in Temecula, CA always meets my needs. Dr. Troung and the team there always seem to make things right. Very appreciated!!! Updated 8/26/2024- Have been re-assigned to Dr. Starley...and her and her team continue the highest level of service and I thank you :-).

I have been going to Health Pointe for a while now. Everyone there are very personal. Great facility. Clean . I like all of the doctor's. They differently know what they are doing. Great sergeants. I would definitely recommend Heath Pointe to future patients. ?

I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Berman today after having an anterior cervical fusion a couple weeks ago. He answered all my questions and let me know what to expect in the next few weeks. All the staff were kind, helpful and friendly.

I want to begin by stating that my experience at the previous clinic, Restore Orthopedics, was extremely disappointing. The surgeon I saw there, Gregory Carlson, informed me that surgery was not an option. His rude and condescending manner was bad enough, but when I asked about alternative treatments, he responded with, 'I'm not God.' His attitude was beyond unprofessional.
Yesterday, I had my first appointment with Dr. Blake Berman for a spine surgery consultation, and it was a breath of fresh air. Although surgery still isn't an option, I was amazed by Dr. Berman's genuine willingness to listen to my concerns and explore alternative solutions to address my needs. In a worker's comp system that often lacks humanity, Dr. Berman's compassion truly shone through during our consultation. I feel incredibly grateful to have finally found a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. I highly recommend anyone dealing with the challenges of the worker's comp system to request treatment from Dr. Berman.
