Spend the weekend at Hampton inn &suites in Temecula room was awesome of course needed to get a room with the whirlpool in my room. Room service was great breakfast was good in the morning.juat make sure your their before 10am just only thing that throw me out was when I decided to get ice from the ice machine in the first floor. Was one of the most disgusting things I have ever seen in my life and I can't believe it's in operating conditions the worst part was it was cover in white puff like corosian, then when to the back and it was so nasty that it seem like algie was growing out of it then a cleaning person saw me taking a picture of it and did not bother to ask What's going on why was I taking a picture she just saw and when up the stairs minding her wonderful business . I wish they do something about this before someone gets very sick or dies. Besides that everything was great and I wish it would let me updated picture so you see what I'm talking about .

We booked a room based on a prior stay and expectations of amenities. We booked a room with a jacuzzi tub and expectation of a functional hot tub. After checking in we discovered the GM, Lucero. Torressantacruz, downgraded our room without any notification. We were told the rooms were under renovation and not available. We booked this hotel for what we expected was an upgrade over a standard hotel room. To change our room without any notice or notification is totally unacceptable. We also found out the hot tub was not in order either. We will be canceling our rewards card and using other hotel chains for such lack of communication.

This Hampton Inn is not a good example of Hilton quality, The Rollaway bed is from the 1970s the staff are nice and pleasant, and the location is awesome.

We have been staying almost exclusively at Hampton Inns and Hiltons for the past few years. The Temecula Hampton Inn fell a little short of our expectations based on recent stays at other hotels in their chain in other cities. The Positives: Located near a convenient freeway on-ramp/exit with some eateries within walking distance. The room was spacious. The beds were clean and comfortable. The area between the top mattress and foundation was insect and dust free. The fridge was in working order and clean. The carpet was clean and cushy. Sustainable (refillable) wall-mounted decanters of shampoo and conditioner were much appreciated. The front desk staff was friendly and promptly greeted us upon check-in.The “not so greats”: Sanitizer stations were empty and it did not appear the room’s remote control had been sanitized as it had been in some other towns. It made us wonder if other touch surfaces were being wiped down regularly. We had to request soap since housekeeping had only provided one; requiring us to take it from the sink to the shower and back until we got more from the front desk. The closet door’s magnetic closing mechanism was hanging halfway off, so it was hard to keep it shut. The morning buffet was not well monitored, so an hour into the breakfast service some food levels were low or out, including both large coffee dispensers of caffeinated coffee being empty.Noteworthy details: We believe the Temecula site was disappointing in some respects but better than some other hotel chains we have stayed in.

I am a Diamond member with Hilton and had looked forward to a comfortable stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites while attending a wedding and introducing my girlfriend to California for the first time. I expended 93,000 points along with $150 for this special occasion but was thoroughly disappointed with the experience that ensued.Upon arriving at the hotel, we quickly checked into our room, changed, and left for our party. We returned late at night, just before midnight, ready to rest only to discover that our bed had dirty sheets— there was hair, a couple of stains, and an unpleasant odor emanating from them. I attempted to contact the front desk, but to no avail as no one answered the phone. Left with no other option, we used the extra bedding from the closet to make it through the night on those unclean sheets. The next morning, my calls to the front desk again went unanswered. I personally went down to the front desk and, after waiting for a staff member to appear from the back, I reported the situation. The response was unsatisfactory; she said there wasn't much she could do except provide a new set of sheets. I requested housekeeping service to clean the room and especially change the sheets. We left for our wedding party early in the morning and returned around 10pm to find that only the sheets had been changed; there was no room service done, no fresh towels provided, and the room was not cleaned at all.I escalated the matter and spoke with the General Manager of the hotel who promised a refund of some of my points due to the unpleasant experience. However, I have yet to hear back from her or receive any points as promised. The whole ordeal was certainly not what I expected and left a bad taste regarding this establishment. I am determined never to return to this hotel due to the unprofessionalism and subpar service experienced.I feel it is crucial to escalate this matter to the highest possible level to ensure no other guests experience such appalling conditions during their stay. Hilton should hold its properties to a higher standard of service and cleanliness, especially for loyal Diamond members like myself.

It was very hot out, and all night I kept trying to get my A/C to work. The room was nice and the price seemed appropriate. I needed the business center but it was closed and that cost me. It is a reasonable hotel that would benefit from maintenance. I would recommend it.

Clean...quiet...top quality beds and pillows..very nice breakfast. Always enjoy staying at Hampton inns. They are one of the few companies where the quality is consistent from hotel to hotel.

The place is run down. The furniture by the pool is broken. The rooms are still dirty. We found fake eyelashes in the bathroom from a past guest. The breakfast is one of the worst I have had from a hotel. I use to be loyal to hiltons but now it’s probably time to switch to Marriott.Rooms: Still dirty absolutely disgustingFood & drinks: Horrible. Coffee tasted like it was out all night and they didn’t clean it.

Great location near Old Town Temecula and freeway. We only stayed one night and room was big also great amenities.Fridge, microwave, coffee machine(also they serve coffee and hot water(teas and coco) near the front desk 24hrs), hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner, body soap bar and body lotion etc. it was too bad they don't supply toothbrush and tooth paste. Beds are clean and very comfortable and I didn't feel any back pain like I usually get from beds at other hotels.Serving breakfast: regular and blueberry waffles you make with the waffle makers, ham and cheese omelette(premade), bacons, potatoes, cereals, oatmeal, juice(orange, apple, cranberry), 2 kinds of muffins(I guess blueberry and apple), some breads, also apples and bananas are there. They have jams, Nutella, peanut butter and cream cheese in small packs. I wish their omelette doesn't contain meat so my vegetarian husband can eat eggs. It was quiet although right next to the street.I also enjoyed pool and jacuzzi. Jacuzzi was very lukewarm water and I wish a bit hotter.I will definitely come back there when I stay at Temecula.

The hotel is dingy, and my room had not been properly cleaned. I found long hairs scattered all over the bathroom, including the tub, the bathroom floor, and even on the vanity. Additionally, the shower head was covered in mold, and the bathroom floors were sticky, as if they hadn't been mopped thoroughly in ages. The toilet had disgusting stains under the lid that I cleaned off myself. It was truly disappointing to encounter such unclean conditions. To make matters worse, the lackluster customer service added to the overall disappointment. During check-in, I was informed that my room would not be cleaned during my six-night stay. This news was utterly shocking and unacceptable. As a guest, I expect my room to be cleaned regularly to maintain a comfortable and hygienic environment. After a few nights, I got fed up and put in a request to one of the front desk staff members for housekeeping to at least empty my trash cans and remove my used towels and washcloths. What happened next was beyond belief. The staff member hesitated and actually told me she would need to consult with housekeeping to see if that could be done. I was left dumbfounded by her response. To add insult to injury, the staff member promised to call me back with an answer from housekeeping, but she never did.I want to also note that the walls and ceilings are thin here. Throughout the night, I lay in bed listening to constant stomping and loud noises from guests overhead, which made it impossible for me to get a decent night's sleep. I promptly reported this matter to the management, but my concerns were met with indifference, as nothing was ever done to address the noise issues.Avoid this place. I for one will never return!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites Temecula, and I must say that my stay left much to be desired. As a returning guest, I was disheartened to see that the hotel has significantly declined over the years. The overall state of the place was dingy and dirty, and it was evident that maintenance and cleanliness were not a priority. One of the most frustrating aspects of my stay was the paper-thin walls and ceiling. Throughout the night, I endured the relentless stomping and noise from guests overhead, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the front desk staff, my request to be moved to a quieter room was ignored, even though I was informed that there would be available rooms later in the day when I called. I was assured by Christina that if I called back at 11 am, I would be able to confirm a room change. However, to my disappointment when I did call back, Christina didn't answer, and I was told by another member of staff that the room I was promised had been booked. As a Hilton Honors member, I expected to be treated as a valued customer, but this experience made me feel anything but that. The lack of consideration and disregard for my comfort was disheartening, to say the least.Furthermore, the hotel's unsanitary habits were truly appalling. Room service was not available, and it was evident that my room had not been properly cleaned. I discovered hairs in the showers, dust accumulated in various corners, a dirty refrigerator, and grimy walls, among other cleanliness issues. The fact that guests' rooms are not cleaned daily is simply unacceptable and quite frankly, disgusting. I had to practically beg the front desk to send someone to remove the mounting damp towels me and my sister had to stack in the bathroom corner for days. It was an incredibly unpleasant and unsanitary experience.Given my disappointing stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites Temecula, I have decided that I will not be returning to this hotel, nor will I be considering any other Hilton property in the future. Despite being a loyal customer for years, the decline in service, cleanliness, and overall experience has left me with no desire to continue supporting this brand. I hope that the management takes note of these issues and works towards improving the quality of their accommodations and customer service.

I've only been here a few hours. All elevators are out of service. No non-dairy milk options available on the property (This is unacceptable for any hotel, but especially Hilton properties who do provide this in coffee and breakfast offerings nationwide). It's 2023 not 1950.$8 to wash and dry a load of laundry is laughable, it should be embarrassing for a property to think that is an acceptable price. Hotel guests are "guests". When you ONLY see dollars, you have failed. The price for this hotel is definitely not justified. Decrease your rate by half and then you're in the right ballpark.-Hilton Diamond, Marriot Titanium, and IHG Diamond member
