I just left Hallmark right now trying to get a card for my father for his birthday, the woman asked for my phone number I gave her my mom's and I guess she wasn't in the system, she alleged that it needed to be updated and to repeat the phone number so she can update it. She asked me for an email I told her I wasn't going to give out that information if my mom was in the system that they would have that information and she told me to calm down after I told her never mind I just want to make the purchase. I made mention to her I appreciate her not tell me to calm down I didn't like those choice of words no apologies she did tell me to have a good day. I'm just really surprised that she even said something like that to me. An apology would have been nice from a mature woman as such.

They have everything you could possibly need for a gift! The store is heavily stocked with super cute toys and items that would make awesome presents! They have just about everything from mugs to Funko Pops. The card options were especially impressive because they were so cute and have one for just about any occasion. The prices are decent, but slightly on the pricier side. The service, however, is absolutely impeccable. We were struggling with finding an exact card we needed, but a worker was super sweet and helped us out.We'll definitely be coming back!

Every time i go to this store, the staff are exceptionally friendly. But a few months ago I saw an older gentleman there with his very young grandson and the staff had brought him a chair, juice,water and candy. I then realized the man was a diabetic and was having a very bad episode, he couldn't even talk. Well those ladies took great care of him and entertained his grandson till he came around. I am very proud of them, and just thought everyone else should know. Excellent job ladies, thankyou for your kindness and attentiveness. GOD BLESS

What a great store! I am always able to find the perfect card. The selection of gift item's makes it easy to buy the right present for friends & family. The staff are so nice and welcoming. They are so helpful as well. I highly recommend them.
