Kelly was nothing short of amazing. She was fast, communicative, warm, friendly, professional, detailed, and had great follow-up. Everything that I would expect from a lender. You don't feel like it's a client lender relationship. It feels like the truth partnership with someone you can trust. I will continue to use her for all of my referrals.

I highly recommend Kelly at Guaranteed Rate. From the beginning of our loan process we really felt comfortable with her. She answered all of our questions and concerns and was able to give us the best rate compared to other loan agents. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the loan process. Kelly was always quick and responsive to our texts and calls when we had questions. We will definetly be calling her for our future loan needs and recommending her and her team to all of our friends and family. Kelly is the best hands down! Kelly and her team were miracle workers in helping me and my husband get our dream home. Before we met Kelly, we had a few hiccups in our home buying process and we needed a hail Mary to close on a house that had strict terms. Our realtor found Kelly when we only had two weeks left to get a new loan approved and Kelly was able to make it happen in 12 days! She was available to take our calls whenever we had any questions and did so with such a friendly nature. We can't thank her and her team enough for working so diligently to get all our paperwork ready with such urgency. When we finally closed escrow Kelly was one of the first people to call us to congratulate us. Working with Kelly was an absolute dream, and we were so lucky to have found her!

It was such a pleasure working with Kelly. She kept me updated throughout the process, explained everything as it was happening, and answered all of my questions. Kelly was such a pleasure to work with!! Her high energy and professionalism were exceptional. I called her more than I should have, but she was always willing to take my call and answer any concerns I had during the approval process. Getting approved for a loan can be tedious and confusing, but Kelly made this process much more manageable and straightforward. In addition, Kelly took the time to get to know me and my history outside of the loan process, which was pleasing during this process. Kelly is the best ever!!! Reached out to her mid June, opened Escrow beginning of July and we just recently closed 23 days after.
