They seem to have issues retaining employees. I used to apply for their customer service position as I would see it often. I applied 3 times, they never called back. I have 30+ years customer service and sales experience. Yet I still see their ad on a continuous rotating door...they get someone that obviously never seems to work out. I am glad they never called back, instead I started my own business involving pets, and this company is one I will never use. Long gone are the days of corporate ignorance and employees biting their tongue. This experienced,friendly, outgoing, talented, business savvy, open minded, and an ASSET to any company WOMAN, wishes you the best of luck, and thanks again for reminding me that I'm too good FOR YOU!

The folks at NaturVet really care about the well-being of pets and the happiness of their customers. My dogs love their supplements and their joint and calming aids have worked wonders for my two little pups. Their customer service is always very kind and it's apparent the owner really cares for animals (and humans alike). I would recommend this company for all your pet supplements as they are made in the USA and that's important to us.
