BEWARE. My husband bought a SUV from them back in July 2020. The car is beautiful and they were really fast to work the deal and get paid in full. They did not follow up with registration, tittle, plates, etc. We have had so many issues with the car because we don't have a valid registration. We feel like we were a victim of fraud by this dealership. Now they don't pick up the phone or even get back at us from the countless calls and text messages!!!

BEWARE. do NOT do business with them. I bought a Bentley Bentayga in July 2020 from them. Car was paid in full. I followed all their requirements to pay for the car in cashiers check. The transaction was smooth and they were friendly. They provided me with temporary plates and said dmv might take up to 3 months to send my pink slip, registration and plates. 3 months went by and sure enough I got pulled over for expired temporary plates. Got a ticket. Had a ton of issues with LAPD because car registration was not done properly. Until that point I wasn't upset. Things happen. Mistakes are made. I called them and they would send over new temporary plates. They promised to look in to it. A month went by and still no call back. I called them as often as I could to try to get a hold of them and now the phones are off. I drove all the way out there from LA twice and they aren't open or taking calls. My second set of temporary plates have expired and now I feel a victim of fraud. They took my money and forgot to follow up or who knows maybe even actually register my car.

Two weeks ago they sold my Porsche. They were wired money by the buyer immediately. They promised they would pay me "quickly". Smooth talkers but I have not received payment yet. The last story I heard from them is that they were awaiting extra key blank from me. I talked to the buyer on the phone and he said this was not true, that they were going to withhold a small amount until the extra key was mailed. I bought a new replacement and had it sent next day delivery. On top of this their commission rate for consignment sales is about 2-3% higher than other places I have talked to. UPDATE , they did eventually pay me within the confines of the (20! Day) contract. I probably should have read the fine print better, would not have agreed to those payment terms. They also called me on the phone today, harassed me via voicemail, and texted me repeatedly that they were going to sue me for libel/slander if I did not remove review. Last time I checked the first amendment guarantees certain rights to citizens to express their opinion without threats and coercion. Is this the way you should treat a customer you just made thousands of dollars from? I don't think so.

They sold my Porsche 2 weeks ago and they were paid by the buyer that day. They told me I would get paid “quickly”. I’ve heard all sorts of reasons from them, but I’m getting scammed. My car is gone but two weeks later I have not received payment from the Fortunauto.

Fortunate 13 was beyond honest and accommodating in their purchase of my Harley. Always a tuff decision to sell your bike you have had for 20+ years but Mat was honest and caring in his valuation of my bike ..I highly suggest stopping at his business weather you are buying or selling. The office staff was more than polite and professional I HIGHLY RECOMMEND....

Great experience selling and buying vehicles. Saw a deal online, went into a warm inviting atmoshpere. Adair, Keith and Matt were knowledgable and friendly and willing to talk about hotrods. Lots of chrome and colorful eye candy visible. Saw the bike and made an offer ended up riding that CopGlide Home!!

I had a great visit with Adair and the team, they were extremely helpful, fully transparent which is something you do not see in car dealers, let alone used car folks. These guys really know their products and represent them well. I'll be keeping them on my radar for future purchase or consignments.

The reviews below are pretty accurate. I had an awful experience. I felt like no one wanted to help me when I walked in to look at the Harleys. The man at the front desk was rude. Don't waste your time or money.

I had the pleasure of working with Matt (owner) and Adair at Fortunauto 13 for the purchase of my Lamborghini Murcielago LP640. At any given time there are only around one to two dozen on the market nationwide and many are less popular models (about half are roadsters rather than coupes, a quarter are higher mileage, and many others have subpar option packages). Finding the perfect one can take a very long time. I am extremely picky and watched the market for a couple months nationwide, even contemplating to import one in Canada. There were only a few colors I'd consider. I wanted almost every option, including the clear engine bonnet. Although I primarily live in Los Angeles, this was a car I was shopping for my place in Michigan, and therefore I needed help with cross country delivery, as well as some enhancements being done prior like new stereo, clear bra, battery tender, and most tricky of all, a backup cam installed in rear grill that looked OEM. Ultimately there were 3 Murcielagos I narrowed my search to (1 in TX, 2 in CA) and ended up going with Fortunauto 13... and I am very happy I did. My experience with them started with emails for photos and answers to my many questions. Despite being nearly 100 miles away from Manhattan Beach, I decided to swing by there on my way to San Diego. After another visit two weeks later and negotiations on price, plus all of my demands, I made the purchase. Before taking possession in MI, they had to flatbed it to several places in Orange County to get the work done on it I wanted. But not that it needed anything... unlike other dealers I interacted with, Matt doesn't sell junk. Before even putting it on market, he had new clutch installed ($10-15k), new tires, oil change (not cheap on V12 Lambos) and little things that most people would never notice, but cost a lot more. For example, when it was repainted prior to selling, rather than put the cheap $200 Lamborghini plastic emblem on back (which other dealers typically do) he had them put the $1,000 made in Italy OEM metal version. You would not notice this until after owning, because the heat of the exhaust on these beasts will melt those plastic emblems over time. The other CA dealer I almost bought from is in Costa Mesa and is probably the largest used dealer volume wise for high end exotic sport and Euro cars in OC, LA, and the rest of SoCal. My experience with them was like night and day vs Fortunauto 13. They were totally pushy. Questions about clutch and maintenance issues were answered incompletely or with confusion by them. On my last phone call before even seeing car, the sales rep did the usual game of passing me off to manager to try and close deal; he was very pushy trying to get me to give them 10% deposit because of the threat it was going to be gone tomorrow probably. I flat out said if it sells then it sells, and I'm not going to be coerced into putting deposit before seeing car and having my questions fully answered. Yes, deposit was refundable, but I do things according to my rules and timeframe, not others pushing me. Unlike that other dealer, my review of Fortunauto 13 is the all positive; knowledgeable people who give you the boutique handholding red carpet treatment. Not something you're likely going to get from the large volume exotic car dealers. In short, Fortunauto 13 is a car and motorcycle dealer who won't have a large selection, as that's not the market they cater to. However if they happen to have what you're looking for, by all means buy from them, no matter where in the US you live. You will be well taken care of and should be able to get a great price, as they don't list their vehicles at outrageous starting prices like the Lamborghini dealers and similar do.

Horrible experience! I've had my eye on one of the vehicles they have here and was completely pre-qualified "profiled". No one said hi or asked me if they could help me. I guess since I am young with tattoos, I can't afford anything. The guys at West Coast Exotics help me right away and I bought a car the same day cash.

These guys were awesome to work with. From my first call with Keith, to my sit down with Matt, to the delivery of my bike by Co, everyone was super cool and extremely helpful. Awesome buying experience. Straight up and no BS. Will definitely buy from these guys and send my friends here too.

I purchased a 2009 Triumph Speed Triple 1050 back in late March of this year (March 27, 2019). The owner, Keith, is a very nice man and I enjoyed my experience at Fortunauto. He was able to get my credit approved for financing at a low interest rate. The loan company is named Freedom Road Financial. I had a situation 2 or so days after my purchase where a fairing broke due to one of his employees over tightening a bolt. I called my insurance to file a claim and they said they would contact Fortunauto13. When I called them back, they said that Fortunauto claimed they did not tighten any bolts (which is false as I was right there when it happened). It is what it is, but I was a little upset. As far as the motorcycle itself, it's a clean ride and runs excellent. I noticed a small leak on the engine case which I sealed with black silicone. I would recommend buying from these guys but make sure you do a full and thorough inspection in case they missed something (but that is to be said whenever buying a used vehicle)!
