The new manager Gil is very professional, respectful, patient and honest. He knew exactly what was wrong, the most essential things to fix, and more importantly, what could wait. It is refreshing to have someone in the car repair industry who is so trustworthy and genuinely cares about his customers and quality work. We saw him interact with several different customers as well as his team, and his demeanor was the same with all. In addition, Nick the mechanic was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He has worked on all 3 of our cars now and done a great job each time. I highly recommend this Firestone shop for its trustworthiness, quality and cost.

Today 24 Nov 23, I needed air in my tire to get me home. I was on my motorcycle an I had a pressure indicator which is dangerous. I pulled up and the manager in the shop immediately helped me, 45psi in2 seconds. Thank you, FireStone!

Everyone here is beyond kind! They truly try their best to find a solution for you while also considering your budget. Everyone is so sweet and explained everything with detail about what my car needed. I got a tire replacement and an oil change. I will be going back for any future repairs or maintenance. Thank you for making it a less stressful experience for me!

My go-to spot mainly cause of the discounts I get from Firestone credit card but also because they're under new management and when I tell you they've made everything right that the previous management did wrong to me, I'm telling you they've done A LOT. Give them a chance

The staff here is wonderful. I found myself in a stressful situation dealing with a flat tire one evening. Liz was extremely helpful, even staying after hours till she got me situated. Highly recommended!

I've been to this place several times, as I have found very good deals on tires and have been pleased with their service. However, last Sunday near their closing time, my wife had an emergency; screw in her front tire. I looked around and couldn't find any business to help, however Firestone did! I spoke to Liz and she want not only very, very helpful, she was willing to wait there till the tow truck brought in my wife's car. It was a very expensive tire for a Tesla and Liz worked with my wife to not only fix the issue but give her a great deal on a set of new tires, and I mean a great deal for high quality tires. Thank you Liz and thank you Firestone.

Absolutely great service at this Firestone location. They recently went through a change in management and staff a few months ago and I can definitely tell the difference. I initially used them when I first moved to California and I was not pleased. If you used them in the past and was not happy with the service, I definitely recommend that you give them a try. Took my truck in because my window wouldn't roll up. After fixing it I get my vehicle back n the interior lights, stereo n door ajar lights stayed on. Took it back n they said they could essentially put a band aid on it. I usually only deal with the dealer n this is the reason why...Nice guys, but I'll never go there unless it's for tires..

I rarely do reviews on local business. But I need to know so you are aware if you were to do business with them. But you have been warned. This is by far the worst experience I encountered with fixing my car. And I believe if I don’t share my experience to the public then they won’t be an accountability and (us) the customer won’t be informed. Where to begin. First and foremost, the customer service is not good or bad. It definitely needs to improvement. They can’t even explain the issues to my car without showing me and having the customer (me) to look underneath and figure it out the issues. Like I am the expert (sigh). Come on really. So any way, but I tried to be understanding as much as possible because I need my car repaired. So, I gave my car to fix on Sunday and they affirmed that it will be ready on Monday with a guaranteed. I told them I don’t have a car to get work and it’s urgent I have my car fix very soon. They gave me the thumbs up ??. I was very frustrated, I had to figure it out to get work. The assistance provided was not going to work for me because I work on base. I figured it out. Come Monday, I get a call that it will not be ready due to missing part and other issues needs work, Really!? What about being honest about it from the beginning when you did inspection because not only I am spending money and my time is consuming due to not having a car. Because of this unprofessional behavior, I can’t even do the errands I supposed to do during the week. Again, I tried to be as patient and understanding. Finally, I received my car the next day. However, the car (supposedly fix car) was has several signals on the dashboard (see photo). I expressed my concerns but only I am told to not worry and it should go away after driving it. I asked again and the customer service said yes that I should be good. Ok!? Here we are the following Sunday and the signals on the dashboard are still there; moreover mind this, there is bolt that came out of the tires vehicle (somehow?) which was a bigger big problem that could have put myself or others at risk on the road. And I drive this car to San Diego the day before and I noticed something was wrong with the car. So, I brought my car back Sunday after Church for them to take a look. That’s when they told the bolt was missing. My question was how in the F* a bolt that is a size of 1 inch missing and you gave me my car as is. Like that’s crazy to think about it. This is not acceptable at all. This shop has lost me as a customer. And I spent close 1600 bucks dealing with them. It has come to point I don’t trust the work complete and I am planning to take somewhere else to have a second look and the signals (sensor) have been messed from the poor job on my car. And I was supposed to sell this car but I can’t now because I need to make sure it is on good standard condition first. I am very disappointed and furious with this place. I would not recommend this place to you reading this and save yourself time and money go somewhere else. Thank you.

I can not say enough good things about this place. First off the manager Gill is awesome. He takes the time to explain everything to you and go over everything with you. He is incredibly patient, understanding, and goes over all of your options with you. He was very pleasant to chat with and made the whole experience a lot less stressful. Next, the technicians do incredibly solid work and I am very satisfied with the job they have done on my car. Since they have worked on my car it run like its brand new. We got a flat tire. They were able to replace our bad tire with one they had in stock and we were back on the road in no time. Everyone that helped us was awesome.

Went in today around 230pm to get 2 front tires Installed on my car. They pull my car in the shop around 6pm. Then they tell me they didn't have the tires in stock as I already waited there for over 3 hours. They didn't even offer me a other brand or anything just handed me my keys.

This Firestone Complete Auto care off off Winchester. I have had a horrendous time with the place.Took my car in for them to re look at the brake job they did. and they stated I needed a break fluid flush and a coolant flush along with replacement of my CV joints. after this work was completed I took my car home and accelerate up a hill and my engine threw a rod making my car inoperable. had to tow it back, and said they will take care of it after the 4 July weekend. they towed it to the dealership and as of today said they are not going to fix it. Really??? yes it's a messStay away
