Location is in a great spot nearby restaurant store located by the nearest mall. it is an older hotel, but the prices make up for it. Flunecc provided great customer service, friendly, and helpful answered all the questions I had and provided information.

I found bed bugs the minute I got into my room. They were crawling all over the beds. When I informed Susan the manager, she didn’t dispute my claim at all. Just said “no problem, I will refund your money.” That says a lot about this location. There was a lot of shady people hanging around the hallways and parking lot. I was scared for my family’s safety. I will never return tho this location.

Very nice rooms. A little bit to pricey. Pet friendly made it a plus. We had a great view of the freeway.

Room was clean, hotel looked nice but at 5:00 AM there was a loud booming on the wall of someone slamming their body or someone up against the walls that made the room shake. Felt unsafe and checked out that morning. Hotel refunded the second nights stay. Hotel has a lot of long term residents that live there.

Fantastic customer service with Flunecc at the front desk- She was very helpful and helped us with our room choice. She went above and beyond what was expected. We also enjoyed the grab and go breakfast here. Super convenient. We will stay here again.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything you need or want is super near by if not walking distance...Clean and nice Hotel..Hilda and Flunecc are the best and so is all the staff

I just wanted to leave a review based on the service alone! I really appreciated the front desk service! Flunecc, Hilda, Yadira, Aiden, Brandon, and Laura were very approachable and nice! They were able to help me out with anything I needed and addressed all my concerns as quickly as possible! Whenever I am back to visit my family, I will definitely come stay here!
