Very bad customer service the girls are very rude with attitude they greet you with attitude never say hello to customers or if they need any help they look so miserable and the styles of the clothing very old and the store is messy and dirty fitting room are messy disgusting. Full of hair and dust inside and I try one of the top it’s smells sweat ewww never go back to this store you guys are living off of customers if their is no sale you guys won’t make any money the store will shut down so I hope the manager hire better employees that help the custoemr finding what they need not giving attitude to the customer make sure to hire someone to clean the store is filthy and unorganized !!!! Stay away people from this express store super rude and dirty !!!!

The employees were so rude and unhelpful. More concerned about talking to each other and couldn't be bothered with questions.Found what I was looking for but after 2 of the 4 employees were so rude I left without making a purchase.

My fiancé and I walked around for almost 10 min. Not one employee said a thing. You wouldn’t even think there was anyone on the floor working. You guys need better management & employees. Last time visiting that Express.

50% sale signs everywhere. Go to the suit section and there's I sign above the suits that clearly says "suits 50%off". Ok cool, try on a few different ones and finally find on I like. Go to check out. And here's the respone... "sorry that only applies to that particular grey one". Complete waste of time. Never again.
