It would have been a five star if they had the elevator working lol, but overall I did have great service with everyone I talked to. The food was good, my room was nice, and the environment was good.Nearby activities: Wine tasting is always fun

Worst Hilton hotel ever stayed at. Very motel 6 reminiscent. Would not recommend if you are used to the Hilton brand of hotels. Gym is a few cardio pieces, treadmills, Peloton, and some dumbbells up to 75 pounds. Due to only having one bench, becomes dysfunctional very quickly with 2+ people. Whole hotel needs major updates. The floor in the hallways sink in spots as you walk on it, walls are scraped and beat up non maintained, and rooms are furnished with very cheap and uncomfortable sofas and mattress. Walls in room are so thin I could hear Neighbor snoring, coughing and hacking all night.Happy hour drinks are a busy spot, but safest to stick to beer and wine.Breakfast was also the cheapest food possible. I couldn't even chew the bacon on my plate, had to spit it out because it felt like chewing plastic. Not bad if you like basic options like cereal, Yogurt, etc. Worst coffee I have tasted. Staff is unfamiliar with gluten free eating safety and options. When asked the response given was "I think so?" I had to ask them to please ask someone who does know so I don't get sick. Cook did go ask the back and answer came back as potatoes are NOT gluten free at breakfast. In case anyone else is wondering. Will never return

The location and service especially, Lena at the front desk, was very good. The Saturday night bartender was also excellent. Housekeeping was also very responsive. The hotel in general requires a bit of an upgrade. Our first room smelled of smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The second room we were in did not have a functioning air conditioner. The armoire in the room was very musty and smelly to the point where we could not put our clothes inside of it. The bathtub was in need of an upgrade and kind of gross. The location is good because it is right in the heart of Temecula and right off Rancho California road where much of everything in Temecula is located.

This place has seen better days. The first room we had the sink was clogged and wouldn't go down. The decor hasn't been updated in a while and it really shows. The breakfast was very good and the front staff friendly. The bathroom door sadly needs updating as when taking care of business or showering it does not close all the way. The word I would use is "ew."The hotel is supposed to be considered a luxury location but it's not even close.

What a dump. $350 a night for a place that hasn't been updated or cleaned in 20 years ??Based on other reviews, you need to stop apologizing for this place being a dump and actually do something about it. The employees here deserve a much nicer place to

First, let me start off by saying I am a former Embassy Suites Employee and have worked in the hospitality industry for 10+ years as an Event Planner, Executive Meeting Director, Catering Director and General Manager. On 2/10/24 I hosted a surprise birthday party for my grandmother at this location. This was a very special event and I wanted it to be memorable. My initial experience started with Angelic Artiaga who was filling in for the Sales Director. She was fairly nice but didn't have that upbeat sales and hospitality personality I would expect. Upon the Sales Director Karina Quiroz's, return communication was slow. As a Director I was disappointed in her follow up with me in the beginning. After our face to face meeting things ran smoother. I met with another person I believe Lauren who was friendly and helpful. The absolute highlight of my event was Sandy Burton. She has the heart for hospitality. She is a communicator and takes the initiative. She wasn't even on site when she started communicating with me. When she hit the floor her and her team took all of my worries and concerns away. She saw my vision and executed! She is a jewel! Disappointed to know that her talents haven't been properly noticed or awarded especially for her tenure. Good people are hard to find. Take care of Sandy or you might lose her and you can't afford that! 5 Stars for Sandy Burton!

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOUR EXPECTING CLEAN ROOMS AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Stayed here beginning of December for my nieces wedding, thinking it’s The Hilton it’s close to the winery should be ok, will checked in, went in to leave my stuff to go to the winery and set up for the wedding the following day, got back at around midnight, my son in the pull out and bed for me, will his bed had bloody sheets and bugs! You would think they would offer another room but nope got sheets, my bed wasn’t bloody so my son and I tried sleeping in that bed, following day the joke of the front desk manager Cesar said I would get a refund and would take care of me, will called a few days later to check on refund to be texted by this so call manager that I had to request my own refund!! Not once but had to call twice! I still have no refund and the free room that I was promised turned into point that of course don’t get me free anyting! KEEP YOUR PONTS I WOULD NOT PAY A PENNY TO STAY AT A HILTON! I got the worse customer service, had to practically beg for my refund THAT I STILL DONT HAVE AND EMPTY PROMISES!!

1st there was no one help us with our family's luggage, thankfully we found a cart though. At check-in the employee had a stain on his shirt & I wasn't told I'd be charged an additional $200 (that would be refunded upon check out). Once stepping into room was surprised how small it was, especially for sleeping 6, and a part of the top of the desk's finish was gone and there wasn't a door to bedroom as described, neither TV would turn on, one's remote wouldn't light up at all. Then we could not believe the door to the restroom was missing!?! The doors in the room were the type that side out of the wall but nope, no doors. I was so upset & called front desk and was told no other rooms available and they would not help find us somewhere else to stay but if we did check out we would have charges returned and we would receive additional compensation. Within an hour we had new reservations at an AirB&B, when we checked out, they were the least bit apologetic but did reverse charges. When I asked about the additional compensation, I was told unless I was a Hilton Rewards member there was nothing he could do for me. We were so much more then pissed & disappointed, just kinda discussed, this hotel was not a 4 star hotel. The carpets were gross, stains on curtains, cabinets hung crooked, and I can't image what else if we'd stayed longer then the hour we did. DO NOT STAY HERE, LOW QUANTITY & BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If you really like the Embassy Suites hotels don’t come to this one. The service was okay, but as soon as we arrived to my floor, the whole floor smelled loud. You walk into the room and you can still smell the weed; then you turn on the lights and see the chipped outdated furniture. The breakfast isn’t the greatest either, but whoever ran the omelet station was great.Besides that I just couldn’t find really any positive things about this location, it was very unfortunate.

Just booked the room and instantly regretted it. These rooms are disgusting the service was awful. Arrived late because we live so far so after driving half a day we wanted to come home to a comfortable room. Expectations Of embassy suits are high but not this one. The security guard was just staring at us gave me a creepy vibe than the front office had no one and finally when the guy arrived he gave me my keys but no info on the services here or what time is breakfast ect… finally we get into the room and it has mold, hairs everywhere, cum stains, it smells horrible. This isn’t hotel vibes this is motel vibes. It’s disgusting, horrible and we are very disappointed. Enjoy the nasty photos!Update: 2 nights later we were finally contacted by the manager on site. We had to submit photos and all about the status of the room to corporate. The manager moved us rooms and ensured we were satisfied. The new room is what embassy suits should be. It’s like night and day in the rooms. Major difference the room is fantastic. Finally got some sleep and was able to take a shower without being disgusted. The room went from being in a 1 star room to a 4 star room. Communication is key. And satisfaction and quality guaranteed to the guest stay makes the difference.
