Unsanitary and awful rude staff. They get annoyed when you ask for help. Dried up blood in rooms. Run away from here and go to a Dr. Office who cares. This place is awful.

I came to the Temecula office a couple of weeks ago. I usually go to the VA hospital but I hate that place they don’t care for the Veterans like they should. I was recommended to come here and glad I did. Daisy was the medical assistant to room me and she was amazing she made me feel comfortable and took care of any concerns I had. I saw Dr. Maggie and let me tell you this she honestly made me feel like I matter in this world she went above and beyond with my care. We talked about the health concern at first got to the issue and the treatment plan, then I went on this rant to express how I felt and what’s going on in my life with the VA clinics they listen to what I had to say, they could’ve stopped me from talking but they listened to me and they got me sources for my health no Doctor at the VA has done that for me and for that I am grateful for the Doctors and the medical staff they have they care and will do their best. Veterans don’t be afraid to come here they will take care of us and show us that support that we want and need. thank you Temecula Valley Family Physicians. sorry I can’t get you guys more stars I’ll bring Starbucks for everyone one day.

Absolutely the best doctor I have had in years. Dr. Combs explains the why and what and how, in language and terms you can understand, pertaining to your individual health care.

Hello everyone I'm a disabled veteran with epilepsy and I'm literally on my deathbed. I missed my appt with Maggie on Thursday March 21 because I had an epileptic seizure the day before because I have refractory epilepsy, so my boyfriend drove me Into Dr. Comb snd Dr. Maggie to reschedule because no matter how many times I call a day they NEVER answer the phone which is weird because they have like 4-5 secretaries. So where are they ? Talking in other rooms and laughing in the back [ you can hear their conversations while in the waiting room]. They make fun of patients and share medical information which is a huge violation of HIPPA medical privacy act. When I got in the office the large latino woman secretary with unkempt hair just sat there acting like she didn't see me and like I was invisible. She pretended to type when she saw me. I waited for about 4 minutes and she didnt acknowledge me once. No one else was in the office. I asked her "hello can I get some help?", and she snapped her fingers and with an attitude said "ummmmm hold on I'm too busy "and she ran to the back so someone else could do her job but no one ever came back to assist me and she was laughing behind the desk with the other staff, and when I would ask her to help me she would move from one side of the desk to the other like a little child so I couldnt see her and she was laughing with the other lazy staff like peoples health is a game. If it was the other way around and they were terminally ill they would want to be treated with kindness and respect. I made a police report to document the malpractice and patient abuse. when she ran to the back and didn't want to help me, I asked for the manager naned Mark, and told him what happened and he didn't care and he asked me for me updated address. I said why and he said because hes cancelled me as a patient with Dr. Combs snd Dr. Maggie .... I had just had an epileptic seizure the day before and we tried to show him the video and he said he didnt care and didnt want to see it. So for me asking for help to reschedule an appointment I did not think I would get cancelled for asking for the lazy Latino secretary to help me. The whole office is incompetent, and they think they can treat people whobare paying customers like trash. Thats called malpractice and medical diacrimination. It is also illegal to cancel a terminally ill patient without a 30 day notice and he cancelled it that day without goving me a reason. It was out of retalliation for asking for the secretary to help me. He thinks it's humane to cancel someone like me on my deathbed? A disabled veteran with epileptic seizures? Really. This is absolutely disgusting behavior by people working in the medical field. ? I guess they dont know the legal medical laws and what is considered malpractice and patient abuse but they will find out legally in court. There are laws set in place for a reason. Please if you are reading this do not take a chance on this please. You can save your life at a Dr. Who cares, and doesn't let secretaries and managers like Mark treat their patients without respect. There are plenty of other providers who accept IEHP. Everyone, if you have also had a traumatic experience at Dr. Combs office, you can call your insurance number on the back of your card and file a legal grievance and this will save other people having to go through this evil treatment. The insurance companies take it serious when a patient is abused and a Dr. Is practicing malpractice. Dr. Maggie if your reading this I really trusted you with my life because your daughter was a navy sailor too. Last time we talked you said her friend had passed away due to mst from the military. I have the same disability and trauma as her daughter and friend from the military. Why I am being cancelled for doing nothing wrong because the lazy lady in the front was annoyed of me for asking for help and why they think it is a joke to mess with someone's health is beyond me. Run far away from this place! Trust me

I have always had a very good experience with Dr. Margaret. She knows her business. She also takes the time to explain things to you. She is a great person and her direct staff have always been very kind.

Upon my recent visits to Dr. Combs’ office, I’ve encountered a front office staff that unfortunately leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service. Their demeanor consistently comes across as unwelcoming and brusque, creating an atmosphere that feels more like an inconvenience to them rather than a professional healthcare setting.Interactions with the front office staff are often met with visible annoyance; smiles are scarce, and responses to inquiries lack any semblance of warmth or helpfulness. It appears that the concept of patient care does not extend beyond the examination room, as the front desk personnel seem to engage in tactics to avoid patient interaction, such as preoccupying themselves with phone calls when approached. The saving grace of the establishment is the Physician Assistant, Christina, whose competence and care exceed that of many physicians I’ve encountered, compelling me to continue my patronage despite the front office experience. It’s clear that there is a significant need for training in basic customer service principles among the staff. The art of polite and courteous communication seems foreign to them, and it’s a lesson that is sorely needed. Each visit fills me with a sense of dread, knowing I must navigate through the gauntlet of apathy that awaits at the front desk. Conversations with fellow patients have confirmed that my experiences are not isolated incidents but rather a shared sentiment of frustration and disappointment. In summary, while the medical care provided by the PA is commendable, the front office staff’s approach to patient interaction is in dire need of improvement. A thorough reevaluation of their customer service training—or perhaps an introduction to it—is imperative for the betterment of the patient experience.

She is a great listener, kind hearted, and has empathy when you have any issues. I will continue seeing her as my doctor.

ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE ACCURATE! This is by far the worst medical office I have ever dealt with.. My doctor was great, however the office staff and process is awful. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They sit in the reception area badmouthing and gossiping about other patients. They force you to come in to get test results even if they are normal just to jab you and your insurance for another office visit. They threaten to cancel you if you don’t. I refused to come in for results as I had received them from the lab directly and already knew all was normal! I was just in the office a few weeks prior. I asked for a phone call for the “required results” I was then threatened, never received the requested call and they stopped refilling my medication without notice even though I came in for my required visit and bloodwork. You can never reach anyone on the phone. When you do they are snotty and annoyed by your call. Stay away from this place unless you like to be treated poorly and forced to pay for unnecessary office visits. We pay a lot for medical insurance… they work for us, not the other way around! There are plenty of professional, kind providers in Temecula. We will gladly take our business elsewhere.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Curtis and Dr. Maggie since before the pandemic. We both trust their services snd are happy they are our family physicians. They are good caring professionals and highly recommend them. Also, if you have a poor attitude and argue instead of respectfully discussing an issue, I would stop further contact/treatment with anyone with an "attitude".Happy Patients

Made me come back to "go over blood work" and failed to tell me that it wouldn't be covered under my one wellness visit, so now I'm having to pay for that visit. Why couldn't they call and say if something on my bloodwork was a problem. Because they want to make more money. This is super shady!! Just give me my bloodwork results and I will google it and figure it out myself if I'm going to have to pay ?

I think this office doesn't like black patients. My mom was sent here through the insurance and they treated her horribly. No respect, in appropriate treatment. They had no idea that I was a 25 year Registered Nurse.

I normally come to this office and see Christopher Sanders whom I think the world of. I had the pleasure yesterday of meeting Dr Combs! I cannot say enough good things about this man. I finally felt heard, reassured that I'm not crazy and there is something going on with my health and he will do whatever he can to get to the bottom of it and get answers. His kindness and compassion brought me to tears. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this entire office. I truly thank you guys for all that you do not only for me but your other patients. And shout out to Anna who was my nurse yesterday. She is so kind, efficient, and thorough. I could go on and on in this review about how great this office and ALL Associates are! Thank you again to Dr Curtis Combs office for everything, you guys are my favorite!
