Horrible customer service. I've been here three times. Nobody greets you or offers to help bring in donations, nor do they say anything when you check out. The third time I went to donate some things, I showed up at 5:10 and it closes at 5:30 according to their sign and google, and there were two employees standing outside smoking cigarettes. We got all of our donations out and started walking toward the doors, mind you the lights were on and the open sign was on, the lady stops us and says sorry we are closed. I asked if we could still drop off our stuff since it was in our hands and pointed out the open sign and she refused, and immediately went back in and turned the open sign to close. Cigarettes were more important than customer service. Rude, will never go back there no matter how convenient of a drive it is. Went there three times and always has been a bad experience. They need new employees who are friendly and welcoming.

Wasn't greeted walking in or walking out. Prices way too high. Stains on lots of clothing and extremely disorganized. Came here about 4 years ago was a totally different experience.

Didn't get to shop here at 4:58PM on a Wednesday, the door was still open but as I stepped inside a young man said in a loud tone, "we are closed". I then proceeded to just walk out, when an older lady said "well, what are you looking for?". I said "I don't want to interrupt anything, have a great day". I don't think I'll be returning here, the hours are already cut for COVID and now they don't want business before 5. The hours stated on the door, Yelp and Google are all set at 5:30PM

I like this place. Volunteers run the store and are really helpful and pleasant. They have a good selection of books and really cheap. Additionally, their main purpose is to benefit the community. Overall, I love hanging around here, looking for treasures... ?
