I recently purchased a vehicle from DCH Kia of Temecula and had a good experience. I highly recommend Bruce as a sales associate as he was very knowledgeable about the car and patient as I made my decision. He was great at explaining the difference between the model I chose and similar models. I would recommend this dealership over other dealerships as the team was incredibly easy to work with and made the experience that much better.

The entire staff was amazing!!!!! Opening doors for me every time I stepped out or in. They were showing vehicles to other families and still opened the door never missing a beat with their customers. Justin was our sales Rep and he didn’t disappoint. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional the entire time. He even had a since of humor as we were cracking jokes. The experience at this dealership was like no other. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything because they were all just so chill. Justin put our needs first by assuring he asked the necessary questions to fulfill my needs. We skipped away with a Forte and I love her!!!!! I’m still thinking of a name. Maybe Justina in honor of Justin??? Thanks again for the hospitality guys!!❤️

We love Kia of Temecula so much we bought two cars there within a year. We first made the mistake of visiting a dealership in Perris that went horribly wrong. Kia of Temecula has been so pleasant and easy to work with. Their process of car buying is seamless. Highly highly recommend if you're looking to buy a car and want to feel valued not taken advantage of.

Arrived on time for my appointment. Service tech was professional and very customer service oriented. Waited inside the lounge area while my Kia was in for an oil & filter change. Lounge area was clean and very organized. Service was completed on my Kia at a decent reasonable time.Customer service experience and service for me at this dealer since day 1 has always been A+! This is the reason why my next vehicle will be another Kia!

I was worried about the cost and diagnosis of my car after it left me and my family broken down on the side of the free way. Once I was able to get my sorento towed to DCH Kia, the Mechanic Supervisor Jesus was so kind and understanding. Jesus was so pleasant to work with as his positive and knowledgeable demeanor eased my worries. I was able to receive a loaner car within a few days. Thank you Jesus, you made this experience a good one!

Bought a used car in Feb 2023 , registration was due in July and went to go pay for my tags and low and behold their wonderful finance rep Kendal Williams never submitted paper work to the DMV to complete the transfer and now my registration is frozen. Good luck getting any call returned or email replied they are quick to sell though!

This is the most dishonest dealership!! The posted a price on a 2023 Kia Forte GT-Line go $22,450. So I requested an out of the door price for the vehicle. The quote did not have the discount but rather included a $2,100 marked up wig dealer add on, and also a $600 Government Fee, a $100 document fee ON TOP off the usual 10% tax + license!!!! That showed a final out of the door price of over $28k!! When I pointed these outrageous additional cost, the sale person simply said that the dealer is being totally honest!! I walked out of the dealership immediately!! So DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME with this dealer!!!!!

I had the absolute best service EVER!! Daniel and Jaime were extremely helpful and accommodating to what I needed. Both went above and beyond customer service satisfaction. I originally went through a process online with carmax that did not go as planned/promised, once paperwork was finalized I decided to look elsewhere. I saw the same car that I wanted online at DCH Kia and called. Jaime was very quick in processing and I had an offer same day. When I arrived at the location everyone was kind and polite, it was a really great environment. The paperwork was processed and we went for a test drive in my potential car. I agreed to the initial offer but was told Daniel the manager was working to get a lower interest rate. I was stunned, he didn't have to do that. While waiting Jaime followed me to enterprise to drop off the rental car that I had rented (above and beyond). When we arrived back at DCH Daniel had negotiated a better deal with a significant lower interest rate. I cried so hard, feels good when things work out better than expected. This team of individuals gave me an outstanding experience, I will never forget. I'm beyond grateful and I absolutely love my new car. I definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I'd rate1000 stars if I could.

I brought my nearly brand new Kia to the service center on May 2nd for a routine oil change. The next day, I embarked on a road trip, driving over 1,000 miles, completely unaware that the service technicians at DCH Kia of Temecula had failed to screw the oil cap on correctly. As a result, my car started leaking oil, which could have caused serious damage to the engine if left unnoticed. It's beyond comprehension how a simple task like properly securing an oil cap can be overlooked by so-called professionals.In an attempt to rectify their initial blunder, I returned to the dealership on May 8th to have the oil leak fixed. When I went to pick my car up later that day, I discovered that my vehicle had been damaged while in their possession. It turns out that one of their employees carelessly drove my car into a parked vehicle and didn't say anything about it, resulting in significant damage down the side of my car. They weren't going to say anything to me about the damage, luckily I saw it before driving off of their lot. When I pointed the damage out to the service advisor, his exact response was "What the F***! This is the second time this week!".It has been over three months and two trips to the body shop since this incident and my car is still not back to the way it was. It is clear that the employees and management of this service center do not care. Their negligence, lack of accountability, and disregard for customer satisfaction are appalling. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and potential financial losses by seeking service elsewhere.

Bought a used car it had a mechanical issue. I brought the car back and they unwound the deal and took the car back. This part was fine as they had no legal requirement to do so. But now 30 days later I am still saddled with the debt from this failed transaction. As they have yet to settle the loan from the finance company. Even after a number of calls I have made to deal with this matter. My calls were in vain as now I have to make a payment on a car I do not have. I will not damage my credit due to incompetence of this dealership. It is simply unacceptable that I have to do this.

This is absolutely the worst dealership/service department I have ever been to. Car broke down while on vacation and after a week still haven't touched my car won't give me a rental vehicle until they run tests but won't run them. They are not helpful or do they give any care for customer service. They make you jump through hoops while they hold your car hostage. Absolutely will not be getting a Kia again after this!

Well... I arrived at the dealership on 06/28/2023, at about 6:00 pm. There were no sales people in the lot. I was looking at locked cars for about 15 min. A sales person came out and walked past me. He did not greet me or say hello. This is sad. No customer service. The dealership must have sold all the vehicles they need to sell for the remainder of the year. Glad to hear they are doing so well, that they don't need more customers. I'm looking for a vehicle me for my son and my sister in law is going to buy a vehicle Lenin Friday. I guess we will have to go out of the area to purchase a vehicle.
