I would like to thank Mahmood or Mo for the experience he gave me I had money to buy my first car they let me take the car home waiting for the check to clear at my bank.. also thank the financial department... Daniel he mad things so easy for me if I decide to buy another car I would go back to these lovely gentleman and I mean they treated me just like a (Lady) let's give this dealership and salemens 5 all the way..

I was in the middle of a home loan application when I spotted this vehicle online, I messaged DCH KIA that if it was in the condition they portrayed it to be, I wanted it! I asked if they could hold it until my financing came through and they said they couldn’t but hopefully it would still be there when the financing happened. When my agent called and said they were looking at closing in 7-10 days, I decided to drive down there and try to get it locked down. Once again they said they can’t hold cars but asked if I was trading in my car? I said yes and they asked how much I was hoping to get for it. I gave Elijah a number and he said he’d be right back. When he returned he said they would give me a little bit less than what I’d asked for but…. If I wanted they would write a contract where I would have just one payment due in 30days whereas my car was a trade-in and I could take my new car home today! I got a beautiful car that has not a scratch anywhere, inside or out and when I got home and told my wife she had to go look to see if I was fooling her! We are absolutely thrilled with our purchase and have Elijah to thank for making this one of the best experiences of our lives! Thank you Elijah and DCH Kia for all you’ve done!

I am so fed up with no one answering phones, and the service department. I wish I had never purchased an EV9 and kept my Tesla. It’s been nothing but issues and the service department is over booked and does NOT answer calls for any reason. I want to return my lease and purchase elsewhere.

Regretfully, I bought two vehicles at the same time at this dealership. The customer service was very mediocre at the time of purchase and since after the purchases it has went from mediocre to horribly bad. I just purchased a Toyota RAV at Toyota and the experience was pleasant. I recommend anyone who needs a new car to go there.

Would of been nice to know before I had arrived for a scheduled appointment that it was going to be over a 2 hour wait, the man that helped me seemed like it was more of an inconvenience to him, was told I could leave and reschedule or wait! Very unapologetic like it was my fault, sorry but I don't have that much free time on my hands that's why I make appointments in the first place .

After diagnosis, our Sorrento was found to require a new engine. The Service Center, took some time to get it diagnosed, however once that was done, and approvals were received, as it was still under warranty, the process went by rather swiftly. Although they did have to wait for an official approval, once they did, they also assisted us in getting a loaner vehicle through their contracted company. That was the most helpful during this stressful time as we still need to shuttle kids around and having another Sorrento with enough room as a loaner made the world of difference. From the time they received approvals to when we got noticed that our vehicle would be done was less than a full week, which was a nice surprise as the new school year approach and found it once less thing we'd have to deal with during this busy period.

I have had outstanding service regarding my vehicle from, Kevin Oakley, my Service Advisor at DCH KIA. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He is courteous to the customer and respectful. I highly recommend her. Also, the techs that service the vehicle do an exceptional job as well. Complete customer satisfaction. Great experience for my first time. Drop off was easy, they had a desk I could setup at to work, and lounge had good stuff.
