***Deceptive advertising***. This is a basic "bait and switch" sales tactic. They advertised online for the a certain price on a specific vehicle but, once you get there, they say the vehicle advertised online was accidentally posted. I walked out and will never return. cars.com/vehicledetail/e…

My visit to the Service Department was very satisfactory . Very clean and nice area. Women Restrooms was clean . Fast service for an oil change , have not waited for hours and hours . The Service writer who helped me was nice .The Parts Department person who was answering my question was nice . And the Service Department cashier who was there at that time of my Honda car service was nice . The inside and out of the building was clean .

Finally, a car dealership I can recommend to my friends and family. Go! Go to DCH for your next car. Try to get Nick if you can as he is extremely personable, but listening to other interactions as I was waiting and dealing with the Manager, it is clear that the friendly, zero pressure attitude permeates through out the team. It's as if they are more guides than salespeople, helping you through a purchase rather than thrusting it on you.Thank you for making car shopping the exciting experience it should be.

Told the worker I was looking around, he said "have a seat" and next thing I know my credit is being checked. I ended up getting the car he recommended but 75 payments of over $400 a month for a car that's over 10 years old :(Like most dealerships, expect hidden fees.I would have let it all slide but what really is upsetting is that my license plate never came in the mail as promised. I emailed the guy and he told me that it's the fault of the DMV. Now I'm sitting in a 3 hour line for a plate that should have been mailed to me. Next time, I'll go to Irvine.

On October 7, 2023, I finally found the car I'd been looking for at the DCH Honda of Temecula. That morning I spoke with Martin, a sales rep. I told him I'd be coming from the Long Beach area and wanted to confirm availability and get a closer look at the vehicle before committing to the drive. Martin said he'd be texting me a 360 video. Hours later, no video. I called back and spoke to the manager, Evan, who assured me that the car was available but wouldn't be available to look at in person until Monday the 9th because it was with a technician going through safety checks and a 50- mile drive to rule out any possible issues that could come about with used cars. I was like awesome but how do I ensure the car isn't sold before I get to the dealership. Evan said he'd email me an e-sign to hold the car until I got there. I received the videos and the car was pristine, but never got the e-sign. I called, emailed, and texted Evan on the 9th to follow up. No one got back to me. The next day I get a sorry for the delay text that states the car sold on the 8th. How the hell does a car sell the day it's supposedly being checked and driven by a technician. Now I understand the rap car salesman have for being deceitful liars.

I recently went to look around and get options about a possible trade-in. Christopher from the start came and helped my family and I out. He was very nice and was very informative. He was very patient with all the questions I had and I appreciated that so much. Mat and Chris helped me out with the car I wanted. I am now driving my new Honda Civic hatchback. If you like wasting your time, this place is for you. The sellers are really pushy and not genuine. I got a quote for my car and when I brought it in to take them up on it, they changed their mind and quoted me a lot less. Thanks for wasting my time Honda of Temecula

My husband and I just bought the new 2023 Honda Pilot. Nick our salesman and his manager Sky were AMAZING!! This has been the most enjoyable experience we’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. They were not pushy at all, as so many can be. They were so helpful and it was such a pleasure talking with them thru the whole process. I highly recommend this dealership and of course because of personal experience, I highly recommend Nick and Sky. Also, Christian with the finance dept. was so awesome and super helpful as well. DCH Honda of Temecula is the best!!

Bought a 2018 Honda accord here, bought the maintenance package with oil change(I regret that I bought it), moved to Banning but still have to come back to DCH to get an oil change (only DCH will honor that oil change package). Service wait time sucks. Even with appointment I have to wait 2-3 hrs for just oil change.
