We had a very good experience buying a pre-owned Acura RDX. The sales people are nice & professional, however we found out later after we got home that the gas tank was not filled to full as promised.

Classic bait n' switch. They list preowned vehicles and don't disclose all the "add-ons" clear coat, car alarm...etc. Made the drive up from San Diego to Temecula, whilst sales minion (Marcio Aziz) and some other mid-level sales manager tells me "we're not obligated to disclose those fees upfront".
Car listed for $18k plus tax/license (expected) BUT with $3k BS mark-ups, balloon up to $22k otd. Never will i deal with any DCH dealership going foward. NONE of the 3 Honda dealers in san diego tried these old sales tactic, grow up guys.

If I could give 0 stars I would! First of all I bought a 2025 Honda CRV hybrid Sport on July 29th a week after my husband heard a load groan noise I stopped by dealer to ask if that was normal 2 sales man said no so I took it in the following day without an appointment and they couldn’t fix because they were busy. So the service guy scheduled an appointment for that Saturday. I took it in and they couldn’t fix it because they didn’t have part so they scheduled another appointment for following Saturday. I took car in again they replaced the ac motor or whatever but it was still making the noise. They scheduled another appointment for today I took the car in again and they called me in the afternoon and said they replaced another part but it was still making noise. The Service guy said they need to keep car longer for a couple of days to find out what is causing the noise his exact words “ we are going to need it for a couple of days because we are busy and can’t just work on 1 car “ to say I am infuriated and frustrated is an understatement… I have spoken to Ken which I was told was the general manager he told me he was going to have Christopher call me yep no call… I also reached out to Sales person that sold me car left me high and dry! No I have no car until they figure it out

One star is to many.. I’ve been taking my car in since August 2023 and telling them that there are problems with my transmission and they dismiss my concerns and say there is nothing wrong. BUT I was told by them that my transmission fluid was very low and that it was leaking out… but I guess that’s not a problem… ? they say they took my car on a test drive to feel the hard shifts and jitters felt while driving that I told them about and nobody felt it… meanwhile I took my pilot to Lake Elsinore Honda and they felt the problem before they even left the parking lot on the test drive… now my pilot is in a great place being fixed in LAKE ELSINORE
If you need Honda help go see Franco at the Lake Elsinore Honda!!

Just a fantastic experience. I hate car buying. It stresses me out. Armando in parts, Corbin and Tesla in finance, Matt crook and Mike Francisco all just tremendous. Made the process easy and even went above and beyond to make sure I was in the right car. Looking for a new car then go to dch temecula. Thank you all for everything my family couldn’t be happier with our new van.

Will never use the service dept. again. Had rodent damage and the first repair was legit and repair work done, no problem. Repeat problem with the car, brought it back in and was told more rodent damage and costly repair. Took it to another repair shop and they reported NO new rodent damage but found a cut and taped back wire that would cause the dash warning lights to come on after so many miles and cause us to bring the car back in. Hmmmm! I did report the issue to the service manager and was told he needed to do some homework and assured me he would call back. He didn’t of course.
And now two weeks later: I love the standard “that’s not how we strive to do business “ reply and please reach out so we can make it right. Actually there isn’t much to do to make it right. I did reach out and left a call back number with Chris and no surprise..no call back. I would be so embarrassed and ashamed to be the owner of this dealership and find out what shitty employees I have.

Today, (17 Aug 2024) my husband and I went to check out a car that was advertised at $34,704 for a used 2024, Honda Accord Touring vehicle. By the time the manager Matt sat down with us to discuss the overall price of the vehicle, it went up to $42,633. They added all these extra features on the vehicle that were never disclosed to us or in the sales price such as FOREVER START, THEFT CODE, KARR ALARM & 3M PROTECTION. My husband and I were so disgusted and disappointed in the shady unethical business practices this dealership was doing. Matt wasn’t budging on the overall price to much and tried to make it seem like he was doing us a favor by knocking off $400.00. After I got home I was reading the negative reviews about DCH Temecula and pretty much saw they tried to cheat other people with the same add-ons and shady business practices. Whoever the General Manager or Sales Manager is for this establishment, you ought to be ashamed of yourself for doing absolutely nothing to fix the ongoing problems you have right under your nose. You’re just as guilty by sitting back doing nothing to resolve these ongoing problems. It’s bad enough we have to deal with inflation and sky rocketing prices on food and gas and now your shady salespeople who try to nickel and dime you for every penny you got. I have never experienced anything like this when purchasing a vehicle before and every vehicle I’ve owned were all Honda’s. I will never use your establishment again. I will take my business elsewhere. What you do to others will be done unto you and you can take that to the bank.

Would not recommend! I was very interested in leasing the 2024 Honda Prologue so I reached out to the dealership to book an appointment for a test drive. I was emailed, called and received a voicemail from Kevin Santa who specifically told me to ask for him when I arrived for my appointment. I received an appointment reminder the day of as well confirming the 3:30pm appointment with Kevin Santana. Well, I showed up to my appointment yesterday (on time) with my husband and son excited to test drive the Honda Prologue Elite. We let the receptionist know we were there for Kevin and he literally looked over and said “Oh, Kevin is right there finishing up and will be with you shortly” We proceeded to wait patiently an hour (not exaggerating) when Kevin himself comes over asking us “Are you here for Kevin?” And proceeded to pass us off to Mike who was so confused. Neither of them knew what car we were there to see and once we told Mike which car it was, he proceeded to say he wasn’t sure if it was on the lot or on the lot down the street. Anytime I have ever scheduled an appointment with a car dealership, they usually have the car parked out front ready to go. We waited 10 more minutes and had enough. We just left. I am no longer interested in the Honda Prologue or anything made by Honda at this point. We had such a terrible experience and will not be back. I do not recommend this dealership at all.

I recently purchased a Honda CRV Hybrid Sport we have a favorite sales person name Jozef who has helped us for the last few years ( At Acura previously) he has gone above and beyond to make sure we get the vehicle we like , and the best deal possible. Jozef greeted me like it was the first time I was there as a customer, he listened to what I was looking for, he walked me to such vehicle asked me to seat in it, test drove it! And it was in deed what I wanted! The rest didn’t take that long, I picked up my car next day and two weeks later I’m still very happy with the vehicle I’m driving. If you are planing on buying a new vehicle I would recommend Temecula DCH Honda Ask for Jozef!
