It's Saturday and I came in 10-15 min before 5 pm to check out a gladiator. Ended up doing a few laps around the lot for 20-25 min even stopping In front of the showroom and I had no contact from anyone, I than go inside and see some customers sitting around and some employees (I think) and I do a few laps around the inside and decide to sit down in the front. Now it's been about 25 min and I still have not had a single person approach me or say a word to me. I'm so used to having at least one salesman out greeting me before I can even get 30 ft from my car that this has been one of the worst experiences. I'm at a point I'm committed to seeing how long this can go, can I make it another 2 1/2 hours till they close??? Only time will tell.

DCH TemeculaI definitely just want to take this opportunity to thank DCH Temecula and their team for selling me my 2020 Chrysler Voyager! They're definitely professional and fun, I feel they went the extra mile with me and my situation in this hardship to get me this loan and make it happen! I believe the team at DCH had my best interest I want to thank Robert in sales and Chris in finance for helping me through the whole process. Chris is extremely professional and took the time to make sure I was fully understanding of the terms and contract. I've purchased 7 cars in the last 10 years some of them being finance and some paid cash all bought brand new.. the reason I say this is because from experience when I say Chris and his team made sure I was taken care of they truly made sure I was and right now I'm not in the best financial position due to Covid and Chris treated me as if I was a million bucks he didn't make me feel any less being that I was in a more budgeted position Chris is truly amazing. The car I purchased is a year 2020 the next day after leaving the dealership I noticed a couple mechanical issues and I texted Chris immediately and he assured me he and the service team would take care of me and the car, he immediately took care of the issues I found and I was introduced to Cody and just as Chris said absolutely had nothing to worry about Cody took care of me 110% he has the absolute best personality and shows his care for the customers he made sure I had a loaner car while the car was being serviced. Cody is another testament in that DCH really cares for their customers and in doing a great job they had the car for about 6 days during that duration Cody made sure to keep me updated on the progress of the car the whole duration and when I picked the van up everything was truly amazing they had the car detailed Cody reassured me that if I had come across another problem to reach out to him and he'd make sure to fix it and make it right.I just want to take the time and really thank the DCH Temecula and their team on the amazing experience and to definitely consider them for all your needs look for Robert in sales, Christine in finance and Cody in service!

We were in the market for a new grand Cherokee and tried a few other dodges trying to get the price we wanted. Everything seemed out of budget and we were very tired of promises from the others or feeling like we are being played. We gave this location a shot as our last chance and it was a night and day difference. Luis immediately greeted us and throughout our whole lease process he was nothing short of amazing. The test drive was not stressful or weird at all, he was not pushy, and very patient with us and our 9 month old daughter. Levi was also great. They got us the number we wanted without feeling like we had to sit and beg and negotiate. It was just smooth sailing the entire time. They also don't talk down to their customers or try to hide anything. So if you want an easy dodge dealership, this is the place to go. We only worked with Luis and Levi, but every employee seemed great.

The team at DCH is amazing!. Rick over at DCH made the experience of purchasing a new car way more than just making a deal and handing over keys. He was very knowledgeable and detailed on helping us choose a car that was perfect for my wife. Jose was also very helpful on working with us getting our numbers to what could be affordable to us. Gerald in finances was excellent In breaking down everything we needed to moving forward with our purchase. Highly recommend Buying a car from this dealership. This is a team that cares about that customer and wants what's best for them and there love ones. This is my second Purchase in a month and will continue to buy cars from this dealership.!!!

We got preapproved for a loan from our bank and went in to purchase a certified used car we had looked at on line, mind you it was a 2022 Hyundia w/ 10k miles on it. It also had a big sticker on the front window with the same price....$23,700. Wanted this to go as quick as possible and didn't need to know monthIy payments or anything about interest rate, which they continued to push for know reason. I kept saying I don't need to know that my bank will take care of it. So first price he came in with was $33K and said that there was extra stuff added to the car and I needed other things like lifetime battery and 2k in extended warrenty. When I said I didn't want any of it he refussed to sell me the car. What the H! If you want people to pay for door guards, on star, extended warranty, lifetime battery, put it on the window. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!!

WALLET TAKEN during service appointment. My husband took our Jeep in for Service- something minor needed to be fixed (not important to what happened). He drove up, got out and gave the key to his service advisor. Immediately ( couple mins), realized he left his wallet in the truck by the shifter. Found same service advisor and told him. The guy said the vehicle was up on lift but he would get it and return it. None of that was done. When it was lowered down (after repair), NO WALLET in truck. The advisor who had been initially informed about it, acted like he didn't know what my husband was talking about. A Louis Vuitton wallet ($600 value) with $675 cash (for Christmas presents- normally don't carry that amount around), credit cards, theme park passes, ID's, merch card, un-cashed check etc vanished. Called the police. They came and investigated and it is ongoing. We have since updated the police with more information. We were informed, the Sheriff has since returned to the dealership. According to service manager, Kevin, (who should be commended for being kind and honest) the protocol is to allow a client immediate access to their vehicle, even if it was on a lift. None of that was done. The GM of the dealership, John said that he might be able to get wallet back but it probably would not have the cash in it, but he would try. I hope he is successful. The dealership asked for him to find a way without his wallet, to pay the $783 repair bill or would not give him his keys back to go home. I understand briefly leaving a wallet in the truck was a mistake but if you realize a few minutes later, you should be able to assume your wallet does not go missing in your own, locked vehicle. The distress it has immediately caused and potential long term ramifications. We have to monitor credit, wait for ID's, credit cards. We are in contact with Sheriff, Credit Bureaus, DMV, TSA-Department of Homeland Security, PSD, NCIS, multiple banks, Airline, theme park, changed all security passcodes, And all of this right before Christmas. Update- Dec 20 The GM was nice enough to refund half of the repair bill as a gesture of goodwill because of what we have gone through. I appreciate that. Thank you.

My entire experience was far better than I expected it to be considering how short notice I needed their help (right when holiday season started). I was able to drive my car in w/o an appointment, Service helped me with a ride to get a rental, and a salesman gave me his card while I was waiting to be picked up. I'm so thankful I had Hayden's contact info! I ended up having to get a new car. He helped get my car appraised and connect to Dennis to get me into a new vehicle. Everyone was overly patient with me. I wasn't prepared for that situation and basically went into it blind. Even though the past few days were really stressful, it was the best car buying experience I've ever had and I'm ridiculously happy with my new car :)

Unfortunately my Ram has been having frequent mechanical issues (at no fault of the dealership). "Adonis" in service has been on top of it every time. I am impressed by his professionalism and communication skills.

Recently, my wife and I got a notice in the mail for her Fiat 500X which had a warranty recall. Although we live in San Diego and there are multiple CDJR dealers in the area, the only one that would do the recall repairs was DCH CDJRF in Temecula. I made the service appointment and was told the repairs would take a day but that a loaner car was available. I showed up the day of the appointment and as promised, they had a Dodge Charger loaner available. I drove back to San Diego and received a call that afternoon (before they closed) saying that my wife's car was ready (after leaving a message for Armel a few hours earlier asking about its status). I drove to the dealer the next day, returned the loaner, and picked up my wife's car. Even though it was a bit of a drive from San Diego, I would consider taking my wife's car back there for service. But please don't wait until just before you close to return phone calls!

We recently bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee and we had A salesman by the name of Marty help us. I have purchased many vehicles over the past 20 years and this was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had. Marty was amazing, genuine and honest which was huge. The manger Levi also helped who was friendly more importantly genuine. Even when bartering they remained friendly and respectful. I highly recommend this dealership and will be a return customer.

I've been very patient with this dealership, and more recently I had the worst experience so I'm sharing it here. It's been one month, multiple visits, $900 in, and my car is worse than when I started this process. Chris was my service advisor. He's very nice and helpful but I'm unsure why my car is not fixed after 3 different visits where I have left my car there for a week or more at a time. My car was stalling and had some leaks. First visit I paid $100 to cover my deductible on my lifetime warranty, they said they fixed it. I picked it up, it ran but now it shakes a lot intermittently, and the tire pressure system light is blinking. I bring it back, they said it's the spark plugs. They also said they fixed my light. They billed me $675 to replace the spark plugs. I pick it up, my car still shakes and the tire system lights goes on again. I brought it back again. Chris said he would have a technician spend time with my car he'd check it asap... while there he said they think it's the cylinder cap, which is covered under deductible. For my inconvenience he provided me a free loaner and waived my deductible bc it was not fixed the first time. I appreciated it really. However, I was supposed to get my car back after a few days, instead I didn't hear back the entire week, I kept following up then finally on a Saturday I get a call that it's ready and can come that day or Monday. I was out with my family but rushed to the dealership, service was closed. So then I came Monday. Chris is on vacation, so Brandon had to help me. He didn't know about the loaner vehicle waiver, he calls Chris and he tells me I have to pay for two days. Omg whyyy? But it is the only way I will get my car back. $45x2=$90, so now I've paid almost $900 in costs to date. This car better be perfect. I get it, the tire system alert is still on, Brandon tells me it might turn off after I move my vehicle... he apologizes. I ask for the managers name which I will call this week. As I drive, my car still shakes while idle and actually feels weaker. I don't know what to do anymore, I'm extremely frustrated, feel robbed and with a car I have a lifetime warranty on and have left with this dealership for almost a month now. I hope no one has to deal with this hence why I've documented and shared here. I've been to 5 different dealerships in my jeeps lifetime, this really feels like the worst location I've ever been to. I will also try to file a claim with jeep corporate as now I'm thinking I might have a defective vehicle or lemon - but this does not excuse the lack of attention to my car, the inconvenience and the expenses I have had to incur.

If I could give this dealership .25 of a star I would. I purchased a car here a week ago, and they handed it over to me without a proper detail. There was dog hair and doggie treats all over the car. They also charged me an extra $400 dollars for additional accessories, and didn't tell me about it. What additional accessories? The tires passed "legal" inspection but when I took it to a tire shop the next day, all 4 tires were cupped. I had to spend an additional 800 dollars to replace the tires. Sure they did me a solid to detail the car, but when I picked it up I let them know they took $200 dollars worth of items from my vehicle. It's been three days since I picked it up and nobody has called me back. I would not recommend you buy a used car from this dealership, they are thieves. Best believe I'm blasting this all over social media and every time they post something on the gram, I have something to comment. It's now been 6 days since my stuff went missing, and haven't gotten them back.

Such a great experience leasing my Jeep here! Wil Parker was attentive to our needs and answered all of our questions while being very kind and respectful.
