My first time getting serviced here with my ILX and had an excellent experience with Chad! When I arrived, he promptly greeted me and was courteous and professional. I was happily surprised to find out they would pay for a Lyft back home and the return to the dealership while my car was being serviced (note: they cover up to 10 miles). I received a link via text to access whenever I was ready to get picked up which I thought was super cool! The process was very seamless.
They also offered an Express car wash voucher for the Shell across the street. Chad informed me of additional services that would be beneficial for my car, but did not pressure me into getting them which I REALLY appreciated! For this reason, along with the others listed above, I will be a returning customer! Thanks Chad!

I recently had a fantastic experience at Oh Acura Dealership. The staff (Robert) was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They provided thorough explanations of my vehicle's features and answered all my questions without rushing. The service team was prompt and efficient, ensuring my car was ready on time. I bought a car from this dealer earlier this year and I am so happy with the service I’ve received so far. From the get go all staff has been very helpful. They’re very respectful and not pushy. Big shout out to James one of the sales managers. He has been especially helpful and made sure the small defects the rear bumper had when I bought the car were taken care of properly. I recently returned for an oil change and the service advisor Robert was also very kind, fast and helpful. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want. Overall great experience and I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy! :)

Bring my car for service for the first time at Oh Acura Temecula, and i had a really good experience, they took less time then expected, Roy Hernandez was super nice and helpful, i will be definitely coming back here.

Chad and Roy always provide the best customer service and OH Acura is by far the best dealership and Acura service center in the industry. They are honest, fair priced and always willing to provide a loaner vehicle if the car will be in service for a number of days. Service staff is very knowledgeable and always solve the issues the first time. I will not take my TLX anywhere but OH Acura in Temecula.

Dishonest and can't be trust. Their lack of integrity is beyond seems to be their norm. Their word means nothing thing!
I had a deal with in which we both agree upon. They called me an hour later and said, they can no longer honor the deal.

I wanted so much to love this dealership service department since it is the closest to where I live now but after this last experience I will never go back and do not recommend it to anyone. The customer service is not there plus I keep having issues after I go every time, now my AC is not working properly for the 2nd time.
My ILX alarm kept going off for no reason, took it to this Acura who charged me $205 for the diagnostic, couldn’t find the issue so to start they removed an after market alarm that was installed by the Acura I purchased my car from (had no idea it was there). That didn’t resolve the issue, brought the car back, found it was a control panel that was covered under warranty and was told I would receive a refund for the $205 but needed to be done through the manager Chad. Well that didn’t happen, they tossed me over to client services, who said no the dealer needs to refund you and that they most likely paid for the diagnostic the second time which in reality was for the same issue so they got 2 diagnostic payments for one issue. I Then spoke with Chad who disagreed said they didn’t put that alarm and those are the steps they need to take so ultimately I had to pay for them to remove the alarm I never knew was “aftermarket” not even causing the issue. The money is not the issue, it’s the way the situation was handled that left me unhappy.

I had a confirmed appointment for a test drive, but the salesman was nowhere to be found when I arrived at the dealership. Despite informing another salesperson about my appointment, I was made to wait for 30 minutes only to be denied the test drive. The salesman's explanation that the vehicle couldn't be sold if I test-drove it was unacceptable. I left when they insisted on discussing numbers, signing paperwork, and running a credit check before allowing me to test drive. The way I was treated was disrespectful, and I made it clear that I didn't appreciate it. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, the salesman continued with unprofessional behavior, which was disappointing.

Michael was a joy to work with, no high pressure tactics, went to bat for me and listened to what I needed! I highly recommend him and this dealership! Been there 18 years, never been disappointed 5 stars.

Called two different Acura dealerships in SD area to inquire about the 2024 integra prior to calling the Temecula dealership. Michael Cooper at the Temecula dealership was by far the most professional and kindest out of the three. He took his time answering my questions and did not make me feel rushed throughout the process. The team here is phenomenal. Huge thank you to Michael and Kendal for assisting me with leasing my 2024 integra. 10/10 recommend.
