Dave and his team were transparent, supportive and helpful throughout every step of the way to closing on our first home! Their application process was simple and I was able to provide all the required information in just a couple hours. After this, Dave was quick to schedule our consultation that resulted in our pre-approval! After finding our home, getting the loan fully underwritten only took a few days. We were on a super tight time crunch with a short escrow, but Dave and Kirstin were there to ensure everything went as smooth as possible. To put the icing on the cake, Dave made sure I had all the necessary information to make an informed decision amidst the challenging market and record high interest rates, and we were able to lock in a rate that we can afford.
