We had a great time here today all due to the great hospitality of Walter. He loves his job and it shows. He's very knowledgeable and his friendly demeanor made our visit so special. Danza is a beautiful winery with wines that would please everyone in your group. Go to Danza find a wine that speaks to you, say hello to Walter and enjoy!

Wine tasting at Danza del Sol is fun, wonderful place, the people are very friendly and welcoming. I bought it on Groupon and I was amazed how cheap it was, and it's so worth it, they don't scam you if you have a Groupon they serve pretty decent.

I think the environment and wine are both perfect and the first waitress who served me showed her passion and professional. She introduced me the details about this winery patiently and warmly. But the reason I gave 2 stars is that the second waitress( white, not tall woman ) was very rude to me( nearly the worst attitude I met in LA area) and left me a very bad impression when checked out. It seems like I owe her 1000 dollars! Honestly I wouldn’t bought anything if I was served by this woman first, but I bought 2 bottles and gave tips totally because the waitress I met at first. Danza is by far my favorite winery in Wine Country. I stopped in for the first time in June 2022 and ended up joining the wine club last December. I've been a member since and I absolutely love it! The staff is warm and welcoming and you can tell they're passionate about the wine they're serving. As for the wine itself - delicious. I personally think it's some of the best in the Temecula Valley (especially the reds), but taste of course is subjective. That said, no one complains when my husband and I bring a bottle to share! The outside patio area is also nice, especially on a great weather day. Super relaxing and easygoing environment. I highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area and joining the club if you're a fan!

It was a nice spot.Came on a whim, pulled it up on groupon for wine tasting and they had a deal so i took it.The atmosphere on a Tuesday was very laid back and not busy at all.Tasted 1oz of several wines. The bartender was super nice and very knowledgable.

Been coming here for almost a decade. One of my favorite places to come, was member as well for a lot of the time and even got friends and family to join .. love the wine and the staff was always great. One even took the time to write me a personal card. But this last time was shockingly bad. The woman at the counter was so rude. My friends wanted to do a tasting but I was going to just get a glass since I know their wine. Til I noticed on the menu they had a few new releases. So I just asked for one of the new releases and she just got so cold that it made the whole group confused and uncomfortable. I'm assuming she just wanted us all to do a tasting in what she wanted. Cause my pours were significantly smaller than everyone else in the group. Also she gave them other side glasses for additional tastings while I stood there. And was making condescending remarks to me when I asked for other drinks. Again we were all uncomfortable. Honestly I've never seen her before and I truly hope this isn't how they're training people now since it's semi new ownership. Never in my life have I been to a winery and the service was that bad. Especially here.

Visited here during the De Portola Tour. It was nice but just didn’t fit our fancy. It’s wine. We encourage you to always try different because we are all different and our tastes prove it.

A coke and a smile! For a wine event , only winery to offer the designated driver something other than water. Customer service was better as well. Seem to be the only ones to care about the DD

It was my first time and I had a really great tasting with Shelby in the indoor tasting Room. I appreciated all her insights as I'm also a wine industry member looking to learn more. She's super personable and passionate. My favorite wine was the Petit Sirah which I took home. It's a very spacious winery on the Portola trail and I appreciate the fact that they had live music on the patio.I would definitely return. Thanks for the hospitality

First time to this winery with friends was a good experience. We went on a quiet weekday. Staff was friendly & hospitable. Pours were carefully measured... a manager came to visit with us at the table, very nice. It's true the tall stools are a little uncomfortable. We enjoyed the wines, white and reds. We did not see the amazing views written up in Yelp. The packaged cheese/ meats in a cooler not our thing. Would bring a little cooler next time, which is allowed. Need a little food with our tasting.

We booked a private tour for two with Sue at Tour del Vino. Sue selected Danza del Sol as our first stop. What a perfect way to start the day. Our guide and wine expert was Walter. Walter was amazing! He was very friendly, funny and incredibly professional. We loved the private tour of the actual vineyard as Walter shared all his knowledge. The wine was delicious and we bought a bottle and two beautiful wine glasses. My only suggestion is that they could do better with the pairing boxes. The boxes contained some cheese and fruit. The presentation could have been better. Walter, you were awesome and we appreciated meeting you today!

Danza has changed its focus on good wine and knowledgeable staff over the past couple of years. Been going for over 10 years. Disappointed at the new focus which seems to be to dispense as much wine as possible. Sorry, don't like the remodeling of tasting room. Wine is still good. Hope that doesn't change like everything else has.

Danza del Sol Winery was the first and the BEST winery on our Temecula Cable Car wine tour. Eliza was extremely knowledgeable and engaging and made our tastings at this winery so much fun. Thank you for the wonderful memories?

Went wine tasting for a 40th birthday party. Roulette wheel landed is at Danza. Taylor appeared a little apprehensive as our group of eight showed up at lunch time on Monday. Shorty she was totally engaged probing each of us to find our preferences. We spent the next 90 minutes or so tasting, talking and enjoying estate wines and the list of varietals, I personally enjoyed all the reds. We bought bottles of what we liked and thanks the information Taylor provided. Brace yourself. We will be back!
