On two recent occasions the doctor sent prescriptions to this CVS location and the pharmacy sent me a text they were ready in less than 10 minutes so my wife could pick them up immediately. I'm sure there are times when this process could take longer if busy, but I was certainly very appreciative they responded so quickly so I could start the medication ASAP. My wife also said they were very pleasant and professional!

Love the pharmacist Cheryl!!! Every time I go there I get service with a smile, quick and efficient. And…. I barely turn the corner and she greets me by my name!!!Now that’s beyond customer service.

CVS pharmacy Temecula on Winchester Rd. is the worst of the worst pharmacies in California!!!! Do not go here. We need to put them out of business because of their poor customer service, lack of knowledge, and just plain rudeness!! They screw you every chance they get and tell you they have the prescription ready when its not. We went back four times and they still screwed it up.

Don’t bother with CVS if you’re subscribed a pain medication that’s on the “naughty list”. Unless you enjoy being treated like a criminal!

Thank you, thank you to the pharmacist and the tech at this CVS. Our CVS in Menifee could not fill our prescriptions for several days but referred us to the Target one off Rancho. The tech who was so kind verified both prescriptions were in stock and they filled it within 30 minutes. You two are the best!!!

Came in yesterday for COVID vaccine and was really impressed by how fast and well-ran everything was in comparison to some other experiences trying to get my 2nd dose. Special thanks to Jen and Carissa for being friendly and welcoming the entire way through! :)

Of the 3 CVS pharmacies on Rancho California Rd in Temecula, in the CVS pharmacy 29676 Rancho California Rd near Target, there is a female pharmacist of asian decent. More than twice she has wrongly filled the same prescription which i receive monthly and have filled at CVS pharmacies for many years. She demonstrates no caring nor respect to improve her errors for a simple yet critical life saving medication. She demonstrates no respect for CVS pharmacy clients. She insists that I must call in 3 times every month to ensure that the pharmacy has the medication in stock and ready for dispencing: the same medication, the same prescription, month after month, year after year. The pharmacist Mr Bao at the CVS pharmacy in Meadows Village 31771 Rancho California Rd is on the contrary a caring pharmacist, who values his clientele. After only 3 monthly visits Mr Bao recognizes me and calls me by name.

Katie, a pharmacist, took care of my prescriptions and found me a better discount. This was very much appreciated. She was also very fast.

I continue to come to this location even though there are closer ones to my house. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The reason for my review today is that this afternoon I went to pick up my prescription. At the time I was there a very angry man came in screaming at the pharmacy staff and swearing. They handled it calmly and the police were called. I was a little nervous to leave as he was still outside. One of the men working there actually offered to escort me to my car! That's wonderful customer service and not something you see everyday. This is a very good location with caring staff. Good job everyone that was working this afternoon and thanks again to the young man that offered to help.

The store is almost always under staffed. The Kodak photo print machine is antiquated and freezes up repeatedly. It is hugely frustrating.

This Yelp review is for CVS in Temecula CA. I went to this pharmacy today as I'm out of town visiting my son and his family for the Thanksgiving holiday. I usually use the CVS in San Marcos CA and I'm treated so well. I know everyone by their first names and they know me I went to this particular pharmacy on a few occasions I've stayed out here, I went again and was greeted by the rudest pharmacy technician. I was met immediately with hostility and suspicion. The technician is named Lexi. This pharmacy technician commented on my Drs signature on a narcotic anxiety medication. She literally brought it to the pharmacist (Asian woman who refused to tell me her name) and they refused to fill it until they spoke to my Dr. It was the Friday after Thanksgiving so there was no Dr available until Monday. I've never had a pharmacy treat me like this! I was shocked and I let them know I'd Yelp and Google their behavior. I literally used this pharmacy before and always have used CVS pharmacies for years. I still use CVS because the pharmacy where I live are very kind and helpful. I had to drive all the way back to my local CVS to get my prescription filled!

apparently the female pharmacist, (I believe her name is Christina? for reference I believe her cultural background is East Indian which is no way an issue for me as I work with doctors with this same ethnicity I mention that for identification purposes only!) Is an ongoing problem for customers, and my experience was no different! I ended up leaving and grabbing the 2 prescriptions and going to another CVS and had absolutely no problem getting the prescriptions filled. When I explained what had happened they told be that she is a problem and other customers have had issues with her too, sooooooooo why does she still have a job with CVS????? To be clear this is the CVS on Rancho California Rd. in the Albertsons shopping center. I'm also contacting CVS directly.
