Today me and my friends went here after school. we were coming from margarita middle school and me and my friend were laughing and someone with a red wig with braids tells us ‘buy your stuff right now and leave immediately’ and we got scared so we did and left. cvs please get better staff never coming back on tuesday’s

It really is inconvenient that the pharmacy closes at 7 pm. It was much better for customers with the hours you had before covid. Please go back to the pre-pandemic hours like most other stores have.

Nothing to improve. The shopping experience on July 2nd was perfect. The CVS at 30640 Rancho California in Temecula, CA is the BEST.

My husband and I were regulars until a new pharmacy manager started working . Worst customer service and lack of assistance in the pharmacy. Avoid this store. Do not waste your time at this location.

Understaffed and when I got my beer for the COOLER it was oven hot! How can anyone allow this to happen with anything needing to be refrigerated!?

The woman who is always at this store is so rude. I don’t know her name. Next time I shop here I will gladly find out. Management needs to know. I’ve tried to give herThe benefit of the doubt but she’s a horrible representative of CVS. The time is 7:00. She’s working right now so I’m sure you can figure it out.

And today is Thursday at 7:15. I'm not quite sure what the woman's name is but she is horrific. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but every time I go in she is very very rude. Management needs to know that this kind of person is representing CVS. I don't want to call her out by name. But if management is reading this, she is working at this location right now at this time. I'm sure you can figure this one out. She always has different color hair and different color wigs.

Needed to purchase a Libre 14 day unit for my dog, so no insurance. Called a big box pharmacy, cash cost was $145/2. I only needed one. Called CVS, she had a single for $75. When i went, they were extremely busy snd it was s bit of a wait. Then I got a text they needed my insurance (i’d already explained this was a cash purchase, hence 1 less star). Called while waiting in line again and she explained it was “the system”, not them and they were filling my prescription. 3rd time in line to pick up, and found the pharmacist had found and used a $25 coupon for me! So i ended up paying just about $50! Needless to say, I will continue using CVS and not the big box pharmacy! Personal service means everything!
