I waited an extra 30 minutes past when my prescription was ready because they forgot to tell me. I was in plain view of them for the entire time and no one called my name. When I was finally able to get it, it took five minutes to check me out because the tech kept walking away and helping other people. I understand it's a busy evening, but to be forgotten for half an hour when I have other errands and a family to get home to and feed is ridiculous. It's not even a prescription that required payment, I stood there waiting for it to be handed to me. The long wait and the prolonged checkout has me considering a new pharmacy.

Sharyl (I hope I have her name right) and Kaitlyn are beyond amazing. They don’t see me that often, but I walked up today without mentioning who I was, and Kaitlyn had all the information ready. Unbelievable!! These ladies rock!! And I don’t get easily impressed. Best pharmacy in town!

Walked in to get some medicine. What i walked into was some ghetto lady yelling and screaming at the poor cashier. The cashier kept her composure though, so props to her. Other than that seems like a normal average cvs with most name brand meds out of stock.

I needed a RX refill at 7:30. They graciously filled it in less than five minutes. Very polite and helpful pharmacy. Clean well organized store, too.

I have been a customer at this location for years now and can not believe the lack of customer service and lack of respect for peoples time.Literally I stood there at the check out more than 10 min, no one in sight to check me out, and the self checkout stands were not working. When finally a worker passed by and asked if he could help me, he said just a minute, left and never came back.I had to go to the pharmacy and ask if I could please do my check out there.

I'd like someone to contact me. It's about the minute clinic. Long story short, they could not give me antibiotics because I'm 57 yrs old. Is that right? I have bronchitis ear and sinus inf3ction and I paid $100 just to have them tell me that. I went to 24 hr urgent care and they took care of me

This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered and it's all due to the pharmacist named Rania. To give a little back story I've been prescribed this pain medication since last year May 2022, the prescription is for 120 tabs every 30 days. I usually get my prescription filled at a different CVS pharmacy here in Temecula who because my insurance only covers 84 tabs always swipe a discount card that reduces the amount owed from $87 down to $12. The pharmacist Rania refused to swipe the discount card and was trying to convince me to only get a partial fill which would cause me to be shorted of very needed pain meds for this month. Rania stated in a very rude and condescending way that she could careless what my situation was and that she decides when to give a discount. This pharmacist will be reported tomorrow to her manger Katie and I'll be contacting the store manager Yvette as well. There's a disability act that protects people in my situation. I will be contacting them as well to advise them of what occurred at this location. This pharmacist exhibits a need for power with little regard for human beings that's are suffering physically and financially. This is a pharmacist that should not be doing this type of work. Karma is awful and I hope she never experiences the pain I live with every single day. For anyone else who needs to report abuse of power by the pharmacist named Rania, I have her full name: Rania Gerges NPI # 1194443564 License # 86195. You actually have rights. The way Rania Gerges treats customers is unacceptable. The condescending way she spoke to me is unacceptable. You can also report her to California State Board of Pharmacy. You only need to fill out a form online. By law they need to investigate all complaints. It takes us as a community to protect one another from misuse of power that Rania exudes.

I scheduled an appointment for a B-12 shot online at this location. I went to the appointment & was then told that they could not do the shot because I needed a doctor's subscription. Would have been nice if that was mentioned on the website when booking the appointment. So, I got the doctor's subscription sent to them. Went to my 2nd appointment, waited 30 MINUTES while they were in the rooms with other clients (laughing & chatting behind the doors). Then finally got called in & was THEN told that I had to get it from the pharmacy & bring in to them for the shot, even though they had the B-12 in their refrigerator. Waist of time & I ended up picking up the prescription & gave myself the shot instead! Won't deal with this "Minute" (30-Minute) Clinic again!!

Great pharmacy when the VA is closed on federal holidays, plus long drives cause of traffic I went to this CVS and they helped me get enough medication to wait for my prescription medication being mailed to me, Thank you!!!

Justin my GOSH, gave that 100 percent full on customer service. Shortage of employees, yet this young man force of a full staff. Have to say actually very pleased with how CLEAN , and organized the entire store was. Felt so good in there, and with the employee as Justin a perfect match.
