Skip this place the service is terrible. Allstate scheduled an appointment for us to drop off our car. We arrived an expecting to leave the keys but instead they left us sitting in the lobby and then told us the service technician could not evaluate our car because he was going to lunch. A first impression is everything. You can't trust a repair shop to provide a quality repair if you can trust them to value your time and appreciate your business. There are at least a dozen other qualified body shops in the area. Don't waste your time with this one.

This was my first crash repair and collision experience, and Rob was my main contact for the repairs. He walked me through the process and assured me that everything would go smoothly. It turned out to be a stress-free and efficient experience, and I am grateful for his help. Thanks to Rob, I was able to get my vehicle back in time to return to work. I had added some off-roading gear and additional lighting to my vehicle before the repairs. They were necessary for my job, and I was worried about getting them reinstalled. However, the team at the repair shop was able to replace them hassle-free. I am extremely grateful for their help with this. The front desk staff was extremely professional, especially considering how frequently I called to check on the progress of my vehicle's repairs. They consistently provided quick updates on the status of my vehicle and informed me of when I could pick it up. Despite my eagerness to get my vehicle back early, they handled the situation with professionalism and allowed me to retrieve my vehicle ahead of schedule.

Crash Champions in Temecula did a great job repairing my 2014 Lexus ES350 after a collision. Steven at Crash Champions kept me well informed of the status of the repairs at every step--Job well done.

Really appreciate the guys I got to work with and that fixed my truck very communicative got done well and in a timely matter feels like I never had an accident in it! I wanted my trucks in the condition it was in prior given it is a brand new truck and that’s exactly what I got !
