I had a good experience shopping for children's clothes. The cashier, Patience, was incredibly sweet and helpful. She even informed us about a sale on NBA items for my son. Thank you for the excellent service!

Clothes are super cute and eco friendly! Customer service is great, but checkout takes forever. My daughter bought one shirt, and after asking all the necessary questions, it still took forever, there were side conversations and it took way too long.

I never caught his name, but the old guy (he was literally the oldest one at the store, personally I think it's odd that a man at his age works at a retail store in a mall) with a bunch of tattoos on his arms and short hair provided me the most bizarre customer service ever today... I needed help with finding a certain item and he stared at me as if I was asking him to do something out of his job description, and did nothing to help but just stood there. He literally works at a retail store that requires to provide good service to customers, yet he did nothing to help and it was busy around the time I went into the store too... Maybe hire someone who knows what they're doing instead of standing in the middle of the store, WHILE it was busy, like an idiot. Safe to say I won't be returning to cotton on.

Smh... I would think the effects of Covid did a number on us as individuals with morals and attitude. Came to this store with my daughter and the most unprofessional set of workers. One at register on his cell phone, one hanging clothes right in front of me and my daughter and another coming from the back. No kind if welcome or greet. Ewww!! I asked them if this is a new thing that no one greets anymore because basically almost every store did the same except one, the Crystalogy store. They are very welcoming at the entrance. Attitude is everything I told them and that's why your store is empty. Practically every store is empty. They didn't look too happy. I only gave some advice to these youngsters to step it up so there store would bring in customers. Too bad for the owners that their employees don't have genuine great attitude. Thanked them and said have a nice day anyways ?♀️

All I can say is Wow! I just left the new location at the Promenade Mall, and this new location has everything! Madison helped find some Jeans, not only are they the most comfortable jeans I ever bought! They were way cheaper than the Levi's I normally buy!! Cotton On, I'm telling my friends!!

I was at their grand opening and was in awe with the size of their store offering a wider variety of products including kids. Not to mention a lot brighter and more modern setting. Customer service was awesome. Keone helped me out and was accommodating to my last minute swap in the sizes of the the long sleeve tees I purchased. Overall, a great experience and I will be returning.

Samantha did great at helping me out on the floor this afternoon! When purchasing she also stated that I had a reward from my purchase that was done 5 minutes prior. I returned to buy my boyfriend a shirt lol! So thank you to her, and thanks for the awesome customer service!!!

I love there clothes but a one star because the associate by the name of Anahi is so rude no customer service at all she has the attitude of someone who's miserable in there job !

Their clothes are very cute and they are very affordable. However, in the midst of all this COVID, all the stores allow a maximum occupancy which I completely understand. I go inside the store with my sister and only 4 people are in there. We are in there for about 10 minutes and my sister and i move towards the front to look at some dresses. During the 10 minutes, more people have gone into the store. The worker then proceeds to ask us if we can wait outside the store because they are at the maximum occupancy currently. I state that we were already in the store for 10 minutes but she still tells us to wait outside because they are at maxium occupacy. Now I understand that there are rules to follow and they can only allow a specfic numer of people in the stores but there were people constanlty coming in and there was no worker at the entrance to stop people or to let them come into the store. I was personally offened because we were in the store for 10 minutes and because we are at the front of the store it automatcially seems like we just came into the store and they kick us out so my sister and I wait until the poeple that literally came in 2 minutes ago leave. Due to me leaving the store and waiting outside, I had the leave the top I was planning on buying and another custamor in the store picked it up and I was not able to buy it. Yes I can always just buy it online so thats not the problem but the whole experience was infuriating and made me upset.
