What can I say my mother retired from Costco 30 years ago and I've been a loyal Costco shopper ever since I can't get enough of the dollar 50 hotdogs looking at lifted trucks, contemplating life while shopping for vacuum cleaners with my wife, which I bought a shark cordless vacuum cleaner, but not the Dyson because I couldn't make up my mind at the time the shark vacuum cleaner is very ergonomic as a man I look at posture I don't like to bend the knees. Therefore I went with the shark cordless vacuum which last 40 minutes of suction time versus the Dyson animal 844.6 for $399, so I ended up returning the shark vacuum and exchanged it for the same type while arguing in Isles about which vacuum cleaner is superior, thank God for the ladies at the refund center they help me talk my wife out of a Roomba, which was $899 versus $279 plus tax so keep up the good job Costco! And thank you for your wonderful shirts I always buy and pants that I don't need because I only wear one pair anyways, but they set my closet with tags anyways for when I'm broke one day I could always return it. Thank you so much.

Title: Beware of Costco's Subcontracted Delivery Services: A Cautionary Tale Purchasing a washer from Costco seemed like a convenient and reliable choice, but the nightmare began with the installation. Costco, known for its quality products and customer service, unfortunately failed to uphold its reputation when it came to subcontracted delivery services, specifically Ryder Last Mile Inc, who then further subcontracted to Arana Express, LLC. The washer, installed incorrectly by Arana Express, resulted in significant water damage to our home. Despite clear evidence pointing to the faulty installation as the cause of the damage, both Ryder First Mile, Inc and Arana Express, LLC denied our claim multiple times for compensation. After research Ryder Last Mile, Inc has a non BBB Accredited Better Business Bureau rating of F. With eight formal negative complaints within the last year not including ours. I am completely shocked and disappointed that Costco would do business with an unreliable company and not back their choice of doing business with a company like Ryder Last Mile, Inc. This experience has been deeply disappointing, not only due to the financial burden of repairing the damage but also because of the lack of accountability from Costco and its delivery partners. As a customer, one expects a certain level of care and responsibility, especially when dealing with reputable companies like Costco. It is disheartening to see Costco failing to stand by its good reputation by working with delivery companies that do not prioritize proper installation and customer satisfaction. This incident serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering purchasing appliances from Costco, as the quality of the product is only as good as the installation and service provided, which in our case, fell far short of expectations. In conclusion, while Costco may offer competitive prices and a wide range of products, potential customers should be wary of the delivery services they subcontract. It is crucial for Costco to prioritize the well-being of its customers by ensuring that all aspects of the purchasing process, including delivery and installation, meet the high standards that the company is known for.

In all honesty this location is very close to home but 9/10 I go to the Murrieta location because this Costco is a nightmare. It's crowded and there's way too much traffic. My recommendation is that you come right at or before it even opens up to avoid the nonsense. You come in the middle of the day and I guarantee you're gonna walk in mad lol.

Costco Temecula staff and store manger Steve are incredibly condescending, passive aggressive and the worst customer service ever. They treat their paying customers with shocking levels of contempt and disrespect. I can attest and directly relate to others negative experiences posted on this forum experienced at Costco Temecula. Shame on you Costco Temecula!

came in today shopping for some grocery items, had a pretty good experience til I got to self checkout, a lady who was the employee proceeded to snatch the card from my hand saying it wasn't me on the picture, when clearly it was!! I told her all the information that was on the membership and continued to say I can't use my membership that's where I asked for a manager and laughed at my face , saying "haha good luck trying to talk to the manager" like excuse me?? She proceeded to take my shopping cart away and told me to go to the membership kiosk, finally the manager came to me told her the situation and continued to make excuses for her employees actions and attitude, defending her, nothing was resolved!! NEVER STOPPING AT COSTCO TEMECULA!! Do better please

HORRIBLE pharmacy service. I move from OC and they won't fill my prescription coz they say it doesn't match the new address and they won't take verbal confirmation coz they said in controlled RX . It's my first time transferring RX and my doctor even try to confirm my prescription but they won't fill it. Definitely calling their corporate office.

Kelly in optometry is a good customer service and salesperson. I look forward to my new glasses AND customized sunglasses that I really wasn't looking to purchase, but glad I did. Thanks Kelly! :)

I believe Costco is great for bulk items such as paper towels, toilet paper, fruits, beverage, and select household items, but not very beneficial for those with a small family or couples. Meats, seafoods, and frozen foods in packages of 8 or more portions requires freezing and maintain a separate freezer in your home to store these bulk items. In my home we opt for the detergents, paper goods, vitamins, wine, beer, spirits, seafoods, and an occasional household item such as a vacuum cleaner, light fixture, faucet, carpet, etc. And before purchasing an EV, Costco was a good place to purchase gasoline, if you had the time to sit in line (smile). You can find some real nice offerings around Christmas time and check-off some of the items on your shopping list. Give it a try!

My husband and I share an account at Costco. We both are sick and sent our teenager to pick up a couple items with our card. At check out they told my son he could not purchase since the card is not transferable, even though his parents are sick. He is under 18 so he cannot get his own card, according to them. So I won't be renewing, horrible policy/customer service at Temecula Costco. Looks like I'll switch to Sam's club and see how their customer service is?

Convenient location and good selection. Not only is it right next to the mall, but this one was a lot less crowded than the other ones I've been to. I really enjoyed not having to maneuver through people and was able to get what I needed right away. They always have their usual products as well as seasonal food items and frozens. Prices are always great for a large quantity and very affordable. A really nice male employee helped scan all my items at self-checkout and basically did everything for me which I really appreciated! That was definitely the highlight of the entire trip, to be honest. There was a female employee, however, that really annoyed me. When you first walk in, there's always someone at the door that asks to see your Costco card. But I went in with a large crowd and no one showed her their Costco card -- so I didn't either. The lady decides to stop me and ask to see my Costco card which I had to pull out from my bag and then she let me go in. I don't mind showing my card since it's protocol and they're just doing their job. I'm confused and suspicious at the fact that she asked me and no one else. Why did she single me out? The food court is outside and there's a self-checkout kiosk to order your food at. The wait wasn't too long, but I noticed that there weren't many tables. Other than that, a decent Costco location that I'd return to.

Once again Costco comes through for me! Shout out to Jason in the Meat department. I let him know all I could find were 15 pound turkeys in the bin. Jason goes to the back and comes out with 2 beautiful 22 pound, fresh never-frozen Butterballs. I appreciate Jason for going out of his way to ensure I have birds reflective of my gratitude for both my family at home and the office staff I support.

I used to love Costco, now not so much. I understand shoplifting may be an issue these days due to inflation, but don't treat everyone like thieves. My mom and I went shopping today and ended up with a sweater for each of us and proceeded to the self check out. My mom used to have a membership card but just recently switched and gave it to my brother. So after I was done with my purchase, I went over to scan my card. A woman came over and started yelling "no sharing! No sharing", asked for my moms drivers license to check membership and left. I said "this is ridiculous" and scanned my card, paid for her and got my moms Id back. As we get to the exit, I hand the checker our two receipts. She obviously didn't take notice and proceeded to look accusatorially saying "this if for two items, and you have three". I pointed to the receipts I gave her and she ignored me. She placed her hands in my cart and started going through the sweaters and lifting them up, shaking them, as if we had stolen something. She realized the receipts were correct and quickly waved us through. My mother turned to me and said "this store is going to hell", to which the checker stopped what she was doing, yelled at my mother and in a threatening voice said "are you talking to me?!". My mom walked back, confirmed to her, and she called the manager over. We left, resolved to never going back. Fast forward a few hours and my phone rings. Costco actually looked at tapes and got my number from the register to discuss the "incident". I feel violated and creeped out.
