Nearly $300 for a fluff and fold and that doesn't include the items I had to have dry cleaned!!! Elsewhere, the same amount of laundry is always under $100. I even asked when I dropped it off, "You charge by the pound, right?" The woman told me "yeah, don't worry. I'll take care of it." I was charged per garment; $5 for pants, $7 a shirt, etc Half of it is stuff I'm donating to the salvation army and I was charged more for it, than it will be sold for. My clothes are being held for ransom, while I figure out how to pay for it.

They just ruined my Santa suit , dropped it off to get it dry cleaned, picked it up and they turned my Santa suit red and pink , it was obvious they washed it in a washing machine because of the color and it wasn't fluffy due to it being washed , giant washing machines with no signs saying laundry service , owner JD was rued , he flipped my receipt over and pointed we are not liable , WHAT A SCAM, pay for dry clean service , and you get laundry service , and a ruined suit,, NEVER EVER going back, wished I read the other comments b4 ,, sad

We have been using this co. for all of our alterations for the last couple of years, they do very good work and have never had a complaint until now. We took in 4 brand new very expensive dress pants to be hemmed, when we went to pick them up, 3 were done perfectly and the 4th pair was cut really short and not hemmed. She asked who cut the pants, my husband said nobody, all 4 are brand new, she said no this pair came in cut and kept arguing KNOWING she was lying. Each pair were $160 and we told her that and still kept lying saying she didn’t do it, so she ended up giving us $18 back, yes EIGHTEEN dollars for $160 pair of pants. So we told her to donate them since they can’t be worn. If she would have told the truth and said she made a mistake and that she was sorry, we could have worked something out. She just lost our whole families business over this! Very disappointed.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

The bad reviews about both of the owners being rude and disrespectful are true and correct. Because I WAS generally satisfied with their work and price on my 3-5 dress shirts per week, and generally dealt with the sweet daytime employee there, I have been a loyal customer since 2017. But EVERY time I had to deal with one of the owners, they were rude and angry. But last week "took the biscuit"--the female owner insisted on charging me $15 for 3 white shirts despite their own tag saying the price was to be only $12. Her surly attitude and dishonor of their own quoted price were both insulting and unethical, if not illegal (bait and switch). I do not plan to ever go back. I'm not a big customer (about $12/week), but it adds up. The owners might do well to remember they are in a service business.

**Beware** This place does not deserve your business!! The only reason I'm giving this place 1 star is because I didn't have an option for less. I usually never give reviews but the way I was treated I feel like the public should know how this place treats their customers and takes no responsibility for their obvious mistakes. Let me add that I have been a customer since 2016. Long story short, they lost my daughter's equestrian riding jacket after it was to be cleaned. The owner's wife asked if she could fix the hem that was coming a little loose and I said sure why not. So, basically a cleaning and a fix of a hem that was coming unraveled a little bit. These jackets are valued at $300 to over $1k. My daughter's jacket was purchased on the lower end of around $300 and that was on sale at the time. I told them the value of the jacket was $300 and they said because my jacket was older it wasn't worth that. One, my daughter needed her jacket for her competition, which she has saved her money all year to be a part of and it's a requirement to have a jacket. Two, in order to find her another jacket before the show, I would have to drive from Temecula to Del Mar and hope that I could find a jacket to not only fit her but one that I could afford. All the jackets they had on their website the lowest started at $500, so I already knew that I was going to be out several more hundred dollars that I frankly didn't have, plus the gas and time to go to Del Mar in time for her competition. I tried to show him their website so he understood the value of these show jackets and he didn't care. I wanted him to understand how much these cost and how much it was going to cost me to replace it to begin with. Trying to keep this short the owners said I lied about the cost of the jacket and he wanted receipts of the jacket and didn't believe me. I didn't have time to go and try to find when I purchased her jacket, nor should I have had to. After a very heated exchange he refused to give me any money for my jacket and frankly I lost it and had to raise my voice. I told him that I wasn't going to leave until he gave me some money towards replacing my jacket. I said I will stand outside and send all of his customers away and it took me losing my cool to get him to get his checkbook out. I should have never had to get that way. Let me also say that his wife said she would give me $250 but I had to wait a 1/2 hour for the husband to get back from lunch for him to write the check, which is what I did and then he wasn't going to give me anything? The fact that they both called me a liar and didn't care that they had lost her jacket, as she's standing there in tears was ridiculous, it was clearly their mistake and I would never go back there again. I get that mistakes happen, but they were taking zero responsibility for their mistake and expected me to just walk away. **BEWARE** as their own worker there the day before, that I searched for the jacket with for 45 minutes and she was very sweet, said that the owner's wife loses clothing all the time!

I wish I could give 0 stars - I highly recommend avoiding this place. I took over 20 pieces to be dry cleaned on my first visit here, and 8 of them came back with stains or discoloration that were not there when I brought them in. I also had a brand new pair of pants I had only worn once, and the material looked frayed and pilled when I picked them up. I also had a pair of white pants that also came out looking frayed and were covered with little bits of dark lint and fuzz all stuck in the fibers. I’ve never been to a dry cleaner before where most of my clothes came back in much worse condition than when I dropped them off! I don’t think they actually cleaned anything - they just made my clothes look worn out and dirty. I couldn’t believe it. And on top of that, the customer service is horrible - the lady at the front is extremely rude. I showed her the garments and she refused to give me any refunds, did not even apologize once for the awful way my clothes looked, and said I would have to come back at a time that was convenient for the owner. I asked her to have the owner call me, but of course I got no call. Save yourself a lot of money and headache and DO NOT use this dry cleaner.

The worst service ever! I will never ever ever go back to the cleaners. Both of the owners are rude and don't care about their customers or their clothes! I love to help small businesses but this is one I will never recommend and never support!

Their prices based on how much money you look like you have. They have no set price. Won't even give you any idea of their pricing over the phone.

We've been coming to Continental Cleaners for the 5+ years we've been living in Temecula. They've always done a good job for us, and been courteous and responsive. I don't get some of these negative reviews as I've been getting suits and other clothes dry cleaned for 40 years and there is no perfect dry cleaner, trust me. They all occasionally lose a shirt or have an issue ... and sometimes they get handed jobs that just can't be done. I find, in life, you generally get treated the way you treat people. We are courteous and respectful to the people at Continental Cleaners and they've been the same to us. I would recommend them if you're looking for a good dry cleaner in South Temecula.

Usually not the one for bad reviews unless the experience was absolutely horrible and feel like i could save someone else the headache.Took in my items on monday as all of them i do not wish to damage, super expensive jackets and shirts, unfortunately i picked up my items and realized the most expensive item was damaged. They also returned two shirts that they did not wash. They Charged me $40 for two jackets and two shirts ? Nothing was done correctly. When asked if it would be fixed they told me the owner would have to get back to me and keep my jacket. Extremely disappointed as i feel as though they will prolong this situation and have no resolution. If i could give it zero stars i would.

Despite the other reviews. I have had a great experience going to Continental Cleaners for over 10 years. The quality of work had been great and the staff are friendly and helpful. Also, the pricing is competitive and great. They always have my items on time and do a great job.
