Most of the workers were really sweet today and I was able to get in and out quickly, despite the holiday rush

I am a regular customer at Albertsons Temecula Parkway, who shop there several times per week. I went in yesterday to send money via Western Union and was completely disrespected by the customer service clerk Rhonda. Evidently Western Union is a lot more difficult that buying lottery tickets, so Rhonda was very grumpy with me and made me feel like I was a problem. Then when I wanted to read the transaction information before the money was sent, she made a comment to the next person in line blaming me for taking "a sweet time"( witch I found to be extremely offensive). I found similars reviews about Rhonda's inappropriate behaviour with others customers (Rey A. Review), and I think the company need to address it. I suggest someone with courtesy and better manners working at the customer services desk.

I bought some cheese the other day on November 22 of 2021and noticed the expiration date was May of 2021. When I was about to use it . I returned it and was going to get another one but they were all expired. One of the clerk named Ronda even walked me to the aisle to look and I guess to see for herself and offered me an Albertsons gift card but I preferred cash. The sad part is she gave me a refund of their sales price even though I told her it wasn't on sale. She said I don't my receipt so she has to give me whatever it's ringing up as. I told her I don't have the receipt because I didn't realize that the cheese had been expired since May and I even showed her another cheese from the rack with the same date. She told me to wait but to me it's annoying because It's not my fault that they're selling expired items. Instead of finishing me up, she told me to wait and helped another customer but I told her never mind because I didn't see the point in waiting if that was how I was going to get treated.

Oh I love coming to the store because it's a local store for my girlfriend and her family and we're familiar with where everything is , but today when I bought some chicken from them I was really disgusted by what I received. I asked the guy if they were going to do another batch and he proceed to go to the back and came back and service the dry chicken to me for a family meal. When I say I love Albertsons chicken this is from a child hood memory and it now has been ruined.

This store is a rip off. They force you to use their app to get the just for U digital coupons, and after you enter it in your phone, it never takes it off the total even if you ask the cashier if did they just lie and say yes. After walking away I look at the receipt to find it didn't. Then I have to go to customer service to get a refund. They act like you don't know your own phone number and you put it in wrong. This has happened repeatly for the last few months. So beware if you are using their app for coupons and watch out chances are they wont work.

Stopped by to grab some ingredients for soup; The staff is really nice but can be understaffed. I was there bright & early before 8 am after putting gas in my car. This one lady was handling the cashier all by herself where there was a long line of customers. A nice man named Richard then came and got me as he was opening another cashier register, which I really appreciated. There is also a kind, cheerful lady named Jessica who is sometimes there & helps to bag the groceries. I like knowing the names of people who work in stores. They are on the front line of helping us get what we need to put on the table, & sometimes they have to deal w/ all sorts of personalities from customers. My total bill was super reasonable & $50 or so for me to make a healthy organic kale, Swiss chard, white bean, and sausage soup w/ other organic veggies (plus that much coveted toilet paper that ran out like hot cakes during the pandemic). I have to confess I am more of a Baron's chick in terms of getting my regular produce & to avoid less traffic within the actual store. But it just goes to show you don't have to spend a lot of money to put together a meal. I have also utilized the bakery section here a few times- when you need that last minute birthday cake &/or also the floral department for all seasons of life- most recently for passing of a relative to Mother's Day bouquet to all sorts of celebrations. While I may not drop in here as often, I do appreciate the workers. But it can be super heavy traffic on weekends esp. for people prepping their Sunday dinners.

Worst place to get a vaccine. We stood in line and were told "go walk around and we'll call your number when ready." We walked around and noticed people lining up to get the vaccine. I asked the person at the front what number the lady was on, and he said "oh it's just the order you are lined up." I went back to Sylvia, the pharmacist and she tried to make me feel stupid and said "they are calling numbers." I did not hear the lady not once call a number, and I was standing right by the vaccination table! Sylvia was rude and this pharmacy is unorganized. The nurse vaccinating people was just assuming people were lining up in order of the number they were assigned. We had to ask someone in line if we could go in front of them because our assigned numbers were before theirs. Others were getting frustrated as well and the line got really long. Avoid coming here for the covid-19 vaccine. Sylvia needs to stand there and see for herself that no one is calling numbers. She was rude and has no clue what is going on. I do want to add that the woman administering the vaccines is very nice and reassured me that I wouldn't feel the needle (and I didn't). She made the experience tolerable. In the future, I think this location needs to have someone actually shouting out the number of who is next, that way people do not feel the need to stand in line and crowd around the area.

Cayden O., a store associate, went above and beyond in helping my husband and I find a few items, and he did it all with lots of enthusiasm, patience and kindness, even though it was late and it must have been near the end of his shift, given the time we finished shopping.

Earlier today i was looking around over by the fruit aisles for pineapple but all the chunks looked a little big so this young gentleman (Alejandro?) offered to cut me a whole new bowl of fruit. He handed it to me after just one minute and it was delicious. This is what I call amazing customer service!

Why have a sign at the entrance that says "face masks are required to enter the store" and NOT enforce it? I seen 2 people shopping unmasked. If you are not going to enforce it take the sign down!! A member of management was merchandising a display and one of the unmasked people walked by them... smdh.

I stopped by a Albertsons 11/18/20 at around 5pm & was shopping for apples & didn't feel like my hands were very clean after just getting off of work, when the guy working in the produce department walks up to me & asks me why I am picking up apples with one of the thin produce bags. I told him that my wife asks me to do that if my hands are dirty because of covid. He told me that my wife must not like me because she was making me do that. Since when do people who work at this store bother you when your shopping & try to tell people how do it? RUDE!!!

I wanted to commend the Temecula CA store (Hwy 79 and Margarita) on their set up for keeping employees and customers safe during this pandemic. The store set up - managing customer flow, protections in place, masks, gloves, barriers. I am very impressed and for the first time I went to a grocery store where I didn't leave feeling extremely anxious and stressed. A friend told me of this set up and their precautions and they were right. Thank you to management at this store for taking all of this seriously and keeping us safe.

I had the pleasure of visiting Albertsons today. If you aren't living under a rock you'd know that wearing a mask in such establishment to be REQUIRED BY LAW. I had the pleasure of getting my coffee and having a verbal altercation with a man wearing his mask on his chin instead of over his mouth and nose. I was staring at him giving him the concerned eye as he had a condescending smirk across his face. Me being a law abiding citizen. I commented to him that, "Everyone is doing their part by wearing a mask and he should put his mask on too". he told me he was wearing his mask although improperly. He applauded me for making a scene because he refused to put the mask on after I confronted him. So yes I made it known to everyone in the store including a black woman and the manager! They approached us and I left because they knew he was breaking their policy and again the LAW! I walked away and expected the manager/employees to handle the situation. I did my shopping and looped around to the checkout. Only to see this man still waiting for his coffee with his mask on around his CHIN. I had left my phone in the car but I would've caught this on camera. As the man was leaving the store he was screaming at me that I should call the cops, and applauding me. I kept telling him to put his mask on and everyone is doing their part accept for him. A woman came up to me saying that guy was pissing her off because she was standing next to him after I left with his mask OFF and everyone was either shaking their heads or complimenting while I sat in line and shamed him. The man left and a black woman comes up to me saying that she was sorry I had to deal with that and he's a regular that comes in for his coffee EVERYDAY and she SAID SHE wished he would just wear his mask while getting his coffee and leave! Wow, apparently because he's a regular he's immune to the rules and LAWS in place. After I checked out and got my groceries. I told my husband what had happened and he called the manager and she said oh he's a regular so that's why nothing was done! I'm seriously so sick to my stomach that a manager is going to take one person not abiding by the rules over the at least 50-60 people that are REGULARS TOO in that store that had masks on! Despicable!

I am so mad at Albertsons right now!! I just bought grocery's and they had no baggers so I immediately jumped in and bagged my own groceries to help. Because I was busy bagging my own groceries the checker said I was too late to put in my just for you reward number!!! I always work so hard to get savings because I don't have a lot of money. Because I couldn't enter my phone number I probably lost 40.00 worth of coupons!! He said there was nothing he could do. Horrible service!! Unbelievable
