This filling station used to be my go to for gas when we visited our daughter in Temecula back when her family lived here. Fast forward a few years and now we call Temecula home. This Mobil filling station has some issues. We try to give them our business but their pumps are always down or wrapped in yellow tape. What a bummer. Pull up and pull out. Luckily for me there are many choices in the area for gas. Good thing because I tend to crap in my chonies if my gas gauge reads under a quarter of a tank. Moral of this story, save some stress and drive a little further to the next station. It will save you some stress followed by several choice words.

Short staffed. Had to wait 15 min a Saturday morning to get a printout of a car wash voucher because the pump did not have paper. Meanwhile the person is talking on her cellphone, and 5 customers are waiting, I understand the employee has the right of a break , she ended up being back at 10:15am. The owner is the person to blame. Drive half a mile and you will find another gas station.

I walked in to purchase some things and witnessed the cashier, an older white lady, treat a customer who was a Veteran like a second class citizen and it seemed absolutely racially motivated. I walked in right before it all unfolded. She humiliated him and even said the cliche "you people". When Scott, the manager was called over, by the customer, he sided with the cashier without giving the poor customer a chance to explain the situation and kicked him out while the cashier stood behind Scott and smiled about the whole situation. Unacceptable behavior. No de-escalation techniques used. Ownership should really reconsider the staff present that day.

Customer service is top notch and the problems with the service have been fixed and I would keep coming back the prices are better than some stores.

Dude what the heck. The lady is ALWAYS ON HER BREAK SMOKING A CIGARETTE. EVERYTIME I COME SHE IS ON BREAK?? Can’t u guys hire more people??? Ridiculous.there was about 5 people who ended up walking out bc she’s outside on her break smoking with her friends

The gas was fine. Same as normally getting gas but I got the car wash and paid $11 and when I got out after it did nothing at all.... Waste of $11 don't use the carwash

I was ripped off for $20.00 by Rosa because she put the wrong pump and a customer starting pumping the gas before I realized she had made a mistake. Then she started yelling at me when I asked for a refund or to have the money put to the right pump. She said she couldn't do that and that I would have to wait for the customer to pay for the gas (which they didn't). Then she offered no help in resolving the issue and told me to leave without my $20.00. I'm glad I was in a hurry and only put $20.00 out instead of $40.00. Then it seems impossible to get any help from the corporation that franchises this rip off. I intend to pursue all available means to get my $20.00 back, and I hope they realize it is going to cost more than $20.00 of their corporate salaries to satisfy my attention requirements. Their complaint department is a joke, leave a message, I'll see how many messages I can leave before they respond. So far, two today, no response.

If I could give this location a MINUS TEN (-10) Stars I would... This is a place asking me for ID to buy a lottery ticket, saying I have to be 21 to purchase one... I'm a Vietnam Veteran??? Do you even think I'm old enough based on that??? They make you wait to pay while they take "SMOKE BREAKS" ... Really? I think they are telling me to take my gas buying business else where... I'm going to listen...

This place is a joke. My mom is a senior citizen and went to use the restroom because she desperately needed to go after a long drive. Unfortunately a disgruntled employee named Rosa crudely smirked at my Mom after she explained she really had to go and told my mom she needed to clean the bathroom (which would take 30 min) and wouldn't let my mom go while we were filling up with gas. Don't waste your time coming here.

Their air pump says it costs $1.50 but my credit card was charged $2.00. And it wasn't long enough to inflate my tires so had to pay twice. Even more disturbing is that the car wash damaged my paint on the left side. I thought it was dirt at first but it won't come off: it it looks like the brushes of the car wash scraped it. I won't use their services anymore.

Cashier working on Tuesday 2/16/2021 at 5:20pm is rude. Denied me the store available discount due to the right screen being off. The left screen is working properly.Other employees are usually really nice. I guess she is the sour apple.
