If I could leave a zero star review I would I was on the phone with Chase customer service for over an hour for holding a legitimate check from TRowe for over a week when I was told it would only be a day or two. They do not care!!!! They don't care for an average customer and I don't recommend this bank at all.

Any other time, I would have given this branch 5 stars. But the treatment I got today was so over the top rude, I just can't. Been banking at this branch since it opened. Went in today to cash a check. Was only able to get a portion in cash (it's standard for this branch, so it was fine ) But the rude attitude of the teller today was so uncalled for I almost laughed. All the others are so sweet and friendly, so I expected the same today. I had never seen her b4, thin, short, brown hair and eyes, glasses, wearing a lavender top w/ black flowers, and a black blazer. (Description because she had no name tag, which was also different from her co-workers.) So, to the lady that was terrible to me today for NO reason, if you read this, a smile, a little hello, a response when someone speaks to you! That would have been nice! I was super nice to you!

Go see Armin Hamouni for anything! I received the utmost care and attention from Armin, and although my matter was small, I was treated with such concern and respect and was provided with top notch concierge service. He really takes his time and goes above and beyond!

This is a great bank with great employees. However Bree Garcia is not a great manager or person, once she is out this bank will be a five star bank!

Lost a lot of money at the casino. But the bank tellers here were so nice. Two girls bankers sitting at the front were so frendily and helpful. Saturday November 13 around 2pm

Don't get your mortgage loan from Chase:The Chase lending team in Temecula enticed us to switch lenders on a new home by offering a $5,000 closing guarantee that they will close in 21 days. Do not believe for a minute that they will honor this. Their local Lending Officer clearly did not understand the terms of this offer as throughout the process we discussed the timing AND the offer; and when the mortgage funded (after the 21 days) he agreed we would be paid. NOT THE CASE! WE NEVER RECEIVED THE GUARANTEE. We challenged this up the line and were alway greeted with the same response, "your clock started ticking on X date and we closed in 15 days". Well that is not what our loan officer said. You would think he would know the terms and/or Chase would stand behind their employees. NEITHER.Simple advice, Don't trust what the loan offers at Chase say. They are there to close their sale, and not show concern for what they tell their customers. We had another lender ready to go on day one and we could have closed in 15 days, but we went with Chase.Chase controls when the clock starts and they never intend to back their Closing Guarantee. Don't fall for it.

I was having a horrible issue with my bank account with one of the checks that I had deposited into my account I had the run around for about a week straight getting no answers from any chase bank that I ended up going to came to this bank and went to Dennis Erwin the branch manager and he was able to help me and get it taken care of within the hour. He really was incredible helping me get the issue resolved. it was a nightmare until I came here and got it taken care of they are my favorite chase bank and they are always great and have outstanding customer service, Thank you so much Dennis you were an incredible help.

DO NOT USE FOR BUSINESS ACCOUNT IF YOU ARE A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER!!!!! My wife and I went here to open a joint checking account together and worked with Miss Trenisha Bennett who gets 5 stars for helping us set up that account. She is wonderful. She helped us set up our active military/veteran account, since I am in the National Guard and the account is great. She was so good I asked if I can open a business account for a small business I was just starting. That was the biggest mistake I have made so far running my business. She got me in touch with their business department. I worked with "Jackie from Chase Centralized new account opening team." She was horrible. She called me and asked me for some information, told me once she had the information it would be 24 hours and the account would be set up. I called her back 20 minutes later with the information she requested and she did not answer. I left a message. Over the next week I called every day, sometimes multiple times a day, she avoided my calls, never called me back. In the middle of the next week, I finally called Ms. Bennett to ask for help. The next Day Jackie called me back (because Ms. Bennett is the best) and lied about Ms. Bennett. Jackie is awful. I know this because I went in to see Ms. Bennett that day to discuss the matter and I know Jackie lied. It took over 3 weeks to get the account open. Last week I was asked by a potential new client if I could accept a credit or debit card. I called Ms. Bennett to see if this is something Chase could offer. Ms. Bennett had me in contact with Sam Mason the same day, that was one week ago today (Friday). I asked him when can I tell client's I will be able to take a credit or debit card, Monday he said, its easy to set up he said, it will take 20 minutes over the phone. I said great can we do it right now, he said he was too busy and no one else there could help, but he would call me first thing Monday morning. We spoke on Monday, "there was a little issue, but it will only take one or two more days, everything is great," Sam said. I called on Thursday Morning, he said later that afternoon I'd be up and running. I called this morning, Friday, and he is ignoring my calls. Well the clients don't want to wait, and I can't blame them. I'm talking about transactions ranging from $3,000 to $5,000 and apparently, that's just not enough for Chase Business to care about. I am extremely disappointed and I urge you to avoid Chase for your small business needs. Personal checking and credit cards seem to be their thing, they don't care about your small business.

Amazing service great staff very understanding and friendly staff, I was a minute late come in from San Diego and they allowed me in not every place does that. Trying to pull out big money that's service to me.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They had me waiting with no updates or check ins for a notary. I waited a 1/2 hr and finally couldn't wait anymore. I had called prior to going in and asked if any notaries were available. They said yes it was a slow day and I could be seen right away and to come right in (which I did). Only to have to wait indefinitely and my docs still aren't notarized. I have to go back tomorrow am. I don't have a lot of time to waste, I work ft and I have little ones. If they had just been honest from the start that it was going to be a long wait, I would have came back. But it was a waste of my time.
