This is the worst bank ever! Spent more than an hour going bank and forth with the employee. He refused to let us withdraw money when we showed him everything he asked us for. Said our ID was fake and we were trying to steal. Horrible customer service. Don't waste your time here they have no idea what they’re doing.

Wasted a Fn hour sitting there waiting on a banker to see about opening an account. After thst hour was wasted they so claimed they weren't able to see me to open an account. Well they just lost out on a customer. So screw them

The bank manager is absolutely the rudest most condescending person I’ve ever been.I would definitely consider going to another brand.
