There costumer service sucks the worker here did not even say one thing. I come earlier for my appointment to make sure I have all the proper documentation before my appointment. No one had answered my questions. Been working for 20 mins now and there was keep sending me back and forth with not answer my questions or nothing to change.

I love this branch! When I had to transfer some paperwork, was treated with kindness, patience and respect. Brittany P is the best banker I have ever met She is kind, sweet, knowledgeable & puts me at ease with all the anxiety I have that comes around money, I've worked with her for almost 4 years and watched her grow and be promoted for good reasons!!! She is the best & Im so happy to have found her & plan to follow her for the rest of my years! Thank you Chase for hiring and training such a great representative of your company. She makes me love your brand!

An amazing experience! I came to deposit some cash and a check and the entire process went super smoothly. My bank teller was also very kind and we made light conversation. She didn't ask for my ID or anything else that other Chase banks do -- which is such a hassle. The place was relatively clean and I was the only one waiting in line. They had a bunch of pens available for customers to take and everything was quite organized. I'll definitely be back in the future!

Chase had just closed for the day and I was advised of their customer service number to call and possibly get help there. I'm on foot so I need this money ASAP. I call the customer support number, I follow the prompts, and get told that all customer service representatives are busy helping other customers, please call back good bye. WTH, I tried branch ph. #, I tried the we will call you back, NOTHING. I had an account here years back and when my identity was stolen instead of helping me they closed my account and told me nothing. Today's issue is so I can get my money from a cashier's check from Chase bank. I will update this once it's cleared up. ????

I am so upset, this is causing me so much stress. I deposited a check from my TRowe account for and the Teller clear told me there would be a hold for only one or two days most, I said no problem. That was on November 28, 2023 now today is December 5th, 2023 and I paid a credit card account and they did not pay it and my account shows withdrawn. I don't recommend this bank at all they are so big and think they can do anything they want. Including holding your money and then charge you fees.

YolandaCHASE BANK TEMECULA, CUSTOMERS BEWARE,ESPECIALLY SENIOR CITIZENS!I'm a long time customer at Chase Bank in Temecula California. I had my credit cards stolen on Chase Bank property 3 months ago. I am an 80-year-old senior citizen. Chase Bank gave me a partial refund from money stolen from checking but refused to return my savings account money stolen. When my cards were stolen the thieves went into Chase Bank and they were allowed to use them without asking for any ID which is definitely not the norm in the banking industry.I have the police report which I furnished to Chase Bank . Chase Bank has all the footage showing the suspects which is the evidence that they would need. I have been fighting to get my money returned for 3 months.

We’ve been patrons for dozens of years and multiple children. When I came to open a checking account for our last teen with a new job and pay check, the unfriendly clerk said they could not “accommodate’ us. When I noted that their website does not mention that appointments are required she said they were not. And then she offered to make an appointment for us tomorrow. We will be taking our long standing business to Schools First where we can get excellent in-person service.

Came in the branch to make a payment on my credit card. The wait time is always long here. The person that helped me was Edgar. He had a bad attitude. I walked out pretty shocked considering it was a bank.

Really thankful today. Needed to cash a check, I don't bank with chase or anyone till today. The teller said I Couldn't cash my check because it was my first from the new company and I'm not a account holder.but DANNY the Assistant VP was so kind enough to stay after closing hours to help me open an account with them so I would have access to my check $ right away. He doesn't know how much this helped me. Great guy, very professional, and made everything simple and quick.

We have been with Chase for over 15 years after have experiencing horrible service with Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Our entire family not only has personal accounts, but we also run a business and do all of our banking with Chase. Although I love Chase, the branch on California Oaks is especially superb. We recently moved to Temecula and drive all the way to this branch to do our banking. Every employee we've ever dealt with has been extremely professional and friendly, but Rachelle Torres is by far the reason we continue to bank with Chase. She goes out of her way to treat us like a valued client and and the service she has provided is over the years has been exemplary.

Britney the branch manager should be fired!I noticed there are several complaints about her behavior and she continues to be rude and treat customers with disrespect!I called the bank several times to get an appointment for an IRA but the phones are always busy and I could not get through.So today I went into the branch to open an 100,000.00 IRA.I waited in the teller line to be told they are busy and to have a seat.No "HELLO, WE'LL BE WITH YOU SOON".So I waited 10 minutes, to see someone about the IRA.I got up again to ask the teller how much longer and she said they are busy.I looked around the lobby area and there were 5 employees in cubicles ALONE!!!!! Just maybe one of them could help me?I sat back down and waited, waited. I got up to move my legs due to rheumatoid arthritis in my knees. I am 71 years old and disabled.FINALLY, Britney walks by in a hurry and asks what do I want. I told her an IRA. She stated to me "DO YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT". I explained I had tried for 2 days to make an appointment on the phone but I couldn't get through. She says to me she 's very busy and for me to sit down and wait for 15 minutes! Why couldn't she be nice and ask one of the 5 employees sitting alone to help me? Isn't that her job?It was the way she talked to me. She was angry at me for asking for customer service.....that is because she does not know what customer service means!A smile, a calm welcome, costs her nothing!I have been with Chase for 20 years.What a disappointment that LOYAL CUSTOMERS get treated this way...NO RESPECT!!!!!!!I guess Chase does not need loyal customers anymore with employees like BRITNEY....so sad!
