I recently had an issue with my paycheck being deposited into my account. As you can imagine, this issue has been very frustrating but Janice has been extremely helpful and patient with me throughout this process. Always understaffed. I went to sign up for a checking account and they asked me to stand in line. J.P. MORGAN CHASE BANK shows me ways to protect myself.
