The staff are horrible, always standing behind the counter talking. Then you ask a question about something, get an answer with an attitude. Like it's an inconvenience for them , because they are too busy talking. Customer service is definitely not what it use to be.

Unfortunately they are following a bad trend I see in clothing places. 14 days to return items, no refunds. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is at least you can try on the clothes.

I came in to shop for my teen daughters and the cashier was on a ft call I literally had you wait for him to finish his personal call. he was beyond rude. I've only seen a toddle drag that bad after being told to go to bed. OMG then he stopped ringing me up to text message!!! What happened to being presentable this guy wore the most wrinkled shirt he could find. Presentation Fail service Fail just worst shopping experience ever! Never will I drop a cent at this place again!

Never had an issue in store but their online customer service is absolutely awful. I ordered a medium pj set and was sent a small instead. After much back and forth I was told there was more in stock and I’d be sent a label to return the item. I was never sent the label so after a day I emailed the same person back and finally received one. I was told I had to wait until the item reached their facility to be sent the correct item to then be told they were out of stock. Do not order online, they might send you the wrong item at which point you’ll have to jump through hoops to never even receive it.

The wait in line was and is out of control! One lady ringing up guest . Sales people don't give a s*** about the customers . Never will shop there again . Oh wait they are going out of business !

Costumer service is bad..The manager Tanya and her cashiere Kenzi deal the issue with in an unprofessional manner..They have attitude when question was ask why some of the merchandise that weren't on sale was on the rack of the 75 percent rack..When it was time to pay to pay for the merchandise ..customer ask for the right price .. Cashiere ring the merchandise first before checking the correct price..And before they ring the merchandise ..the customers was not informed of their return policy that they cannot credit your account only even exchange and store credit..When customer complain about it..they called the customer that she has an attitude problem ..When manager was called to resolve the issue..The manager whose named Tanya said "whats the problem" They treat the customer bad..I will never shop there..They dont know how to solve conflict..and the merchandise were an organize..They need training how to conduct business to accomodate the needs of the customers..I dont think they care about people..I left the store dissappointed..They treat customer like hoodlum and gato..I never seen like this for 20 plus years i shop in Charlotterusse..Anyway..if u have good experience there great..but for me ..It was a mess..Sorry i have to say this ..
