Ugh had a terrible transaction with them. First off, know that this is an in-house escrow company, meaning that they are connected to a residential brokerage. Kinda hard to be a neutral 3rd party when you are connected to another company, dontcha think? Second, their fees are objectively high. I had an identical quote from another company that was 15% less expensive. Same thing went for my title fees. Inordinately high. When I asked my officer to trim the fees or at least review them, she flat out refused on the grounds that her manager was out of town. Let me say that I have been practicing real estate for 20 years and have never had an escrow officer refuse to at least trim their fees by something. There are a ton of junk fees to begin with and they generally charge whatever they can get away with. Top that off with snooty customer service and you have a truly awful combo. Boo.

I've used them a few times and were awesome....strong communication, fact checking beyond belief and always there every step of the way... I sure missed them on my last transaction

Do not use this escrow company. They take advance of elderly people and commit fraud!
