“These people are great Shane helped me through a tuff time. I reserved a car at avis in hemet ca and when I went to pick it up, no cars were available for pick up. So I had a friend Carl looking for a rental. He found this place, Greenleaf rent a car in temecula. They were able to get me a car that same day. And off I went to take my husband to a very important appointment at the VA in loma linda ca. Thank you for all your help. Everybody at Greenleaf is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I would recommend then to anybody.”

Only problem I had was not being able to get the car that I wanted, however the car they put me in eventually worked out”

“I wanted to take a moment to thank Kiya at this Enterprise location! After a VERY stressful 4 hours of dealing with a flat tire from a rental at a competing company who were NO help to us (Not naming names, but rhymes with fudge-it), Kiya sprang into action and was able to get us a new car rental with Enterprise at a fantastic price. She was extremely professional and sweet as well as understanding of our situation. It was our wedding week and dealing with the other rental company caused so much additional, unneeded stress. I was so pleased to have met Kiya and we are so grateful for her help. I even invited her to the wedding!! (half joke, half not a joke for all her help!!). Thank you again, Kiya. “I have been renting cars from this Hertz’s site for more than last 5 years and I have The Best experience ever there. All the staff there (Micheal, Maria, Daniel, Shirley and others) had been very helpful, courteous and fast. I have say special thanks to Michael who I have dealt with for so many years. Picking up the cars and dropping have never been a problem. I know they are close on Sunday and half day on Saturday and I plan per this schedule. I have rented from other companies also but Hertz is the best from my experience. Keep up the good work and service!!”
