I brought my 80-pound goldendoodle in for a bath and brush-out. Chris also gave him a small overall trim. He looked great and felt very clean afterwards. I really appreciate the automated appointment reminder call I received on the day of the appointment. Thank you, Chris, for making my dog look and feel wonderful!

Was greeted and asked about my dog. Was asked the way I wanted to be done, not just the standard the way. But how I would like my dog, which made me feel happy. Was very happy and satisfied how My Klaus looked and how happy he was. I paid in cashed. Her prices are good and fair. I will be coming back in 8 weeks to have a beautiful Miniature schneuzer. ?

*Warning stay away from this place* I’ve been a groomer for 15 years and a few days ago my aunt took her dog angel a schnoodle to be groomed here. When I seen angel 2 days after grooming I immediately noticed that her skin was razor burned all over and teeth marks from the blade across her side and a bald irritated beyond belief and a layer of skin on her tuck up sheared off. Just by look at her I can tell instant a surgical blade was used a 40 was my guess which for the “groomer”that did the job that’s 1/100 of an inch which is just insane due to the damage it does to the skin in this case scraping the top layer of the skin off causing major irritation and razor burn. When I call to ask about what happened and ask about the rash and nicks and sani. The groomer instantly got defensive and said that she was super matted and it’s the owner’s fault for not caring for the dog. And that she was completely fine when she left and nothing was wrong. When I ask her what blade she used on her she said a 15 blade was used on her with a wet clip to prevent irritation . I tried to ask a questions but she kept talking over me and blaming the Matt’s and owner and told me with the wet clip it’s impossible for her to get razor burn. So from an actual professional standpoint here’s some basic knowledge a baby groomer would know a 10 blade should only be used to remove matting if for some crazy reason u can’t get a 10 blade safely under the Matts u need to stop and refer the pet to a skilled groomer because obviously you have no idea how to groom a pet safely because the 15 blade used against the grain on a wet dog makes the blade cut shorter which makes it the same length as a 40 blade and the because she cut her wet now the water acts as lubricant not a cooling agent for the blade. This makes the blade perfect for not only cutting the hair but scrapes the top layer of skin also thanks to the blade now cutting at a low of (1/100 of an inch skin bald) while dragging across the skin scraping it as it drag leaves teeth marks scapes across the skin also across her ribs from front to back skipping the blade across the ribs leaving teeth marks on were the blade was skipped off them. I was told by the groomer that they are not responsible for the damage because cause it was caused by the matting. Yup that’s not true if I didnt have everything I needed to treat this injury. I would have brought the vet bill to them followed immediately by a business lean. It’s just crazy that they literally did everything wrong the injury which was 100 percent preventable …. By breaking every basic rule… don’t bath matted dogs, u shave them first if they are matted, dont shave in different directions it cause shorter blade length. A wet dog doesn’t cool ur blade it’s cause damage and rust to the blade. A 10 blade should only be used for dematting if you can’t get a 10 blade through the coat stop groom and refer the dog to a trained dog groomer….. I never had to stop because I couldn’t get a 10 safety though the Matts even on pelted to the skin Matts. the Matt’s on angel which weren’t even close to bad enough to be shave in a 15. My guess is that when angel was dropped off whoever checked her didn’t feel her coat and threw her in the tub and when it came time to dry her they finally noticed matting around her belly and armpit they had no choice but to shave her because the Matts became worse thanks to the water. The owner needs the notes from the grooming table and check YouTube for basic safety. I’m sorry but just because you have done something for 40 years doesn’t make you a professional if it did I would be a bmx pro because I’ve been riding a bike for most of my life. I had no intention of writing a review until I had the pleasure of calling the company and asking them about the groom and was thrown every excuse they could think of to shift blame unfortunately I actually know how to do this job
…So how was the dog extremely matted and shaved in minutes safely? The owner was on speakerphone too u wouldn’t let her talk. Read the 1 star review !!pa

Chris is the best! Our dog had kidney disease and with her holistic experience and trainiing we had many more years with our Cooper. We have two dogs now that she grooms every four weeks.

Do NOT come to this grooming place!!! They groomed our dog and the next day he could barely open his left eye!! We had to take him to the emergency room because our eye drops weren’t working and it was turning cloudy and grey with discharge! Turns out the doctor stated there were pieces of fur STUCK in his poor eye from the cut and other pieces she cut horribly were poking him in the eye!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I wasn't satisfied with the outcome of this grooming. They did not do my dog's ears though I specifically asked if they did that prior and was told yes. Everything else was typical.
