“Came in today to get a car key copied and their machine was out of order in aisle 17 which we were then directed to the self serve machine at the front which did not work for us. Both Richard and Michael stopped what they were doing to attempt to help us. Although we couldn't get a key copy, they were both extremely helpful in giving us suggestions on other places to go. Sharon on the front register (only one open) was super sweet too, what a great experience even though we left without getting what we went for and a complete 180 from my last visit!”

“We purchased two shelving units last week from the Lowes/Murrieta store. We had a problem with the contracted delivery service they use -- the driver appeared to be quite lazy and not interested in bringing the shelving units inside my home. Fortunately, we met Aaron in the delivery department at this particular Lowes and he was quite helpful and accommodating. In this day and age where customer service is quite hard to find, Aaron is a great example of what customer service was and should be now.
