Alex was the most amazing Associate ever! I spent 3x the amount I planned. HOWEVER, the store was not in the best shape. Racks packed so tight you can't pull clothes out and high end boots mixed with bargain basement ones. Needs a remodel!

Tim and Alex provided great customer service when I needed help searching for boots and a new hat. I let them know I was from out of town and their store is so much more cleaner , organized , and well staffed compared to my home Boot Barn.

Hello, I hope you read my comment because as a customer of more than 2 years I think that at least you should be a little more friendly since without customers there is no business and the staff of this store is not very pleasant at all, I'm not saying all of them but yesterday 12 February after my work around 7:30 pm I stopped at this store to look for some work shoes, obviously I was not very presentable and I am Latino (Mexican) I don't know if this is a bother for the workers of this place, but when I asked them for help to find some shoes that fit me. I told them that they could help me and the first thing they answered me was that they don't speak Spanish, how can they help me ok that's not the bother, it's the way he said it in a simple way. arrogant way, I'm just saying that as sellers they should be a little nicer and less rude or put a sign at the entrance, that only English is spoken...the truth is I don't remember the name of the person who helped me and I think that's it favors him.

Nothing but stars for this company Great products ; outstanding service!!! There is lots and lots of merchandise to choose from. Fun for all Western Wear and casual outfits. Perfect to visit before a country concert!

They continue to impress. Manager Becky is awesome. All employees are super helpful and friendly. They just seem to give you square deals and they back their products. At least that had been our experience
