I will never ever try anyone else. These women are amazing. I sent a friend flowers from out of state and so I didn’t really see the arrangement before it was sent and my friend sent me a photo and it was the most amazing gorgeous way much more than I expected very awesome. They are wonderful people and they are standup business.!!!

I was looking for custom flower arrangements for my sister’s Celebration of Life. I chose The Bloom Shoppe after contacting several florists in the Temecula area. Mary was prompt with her communication and really understood what I wanted. She executed 6 beautiful table centerpieces and a larger arrangement for the memory table. The outcome was exactly what I imagined and so beautiful. The quality of the flowers were excellent. I highly recommend Mary and The Bloom Shoppe. A great experience!

I ordered flowers for my wife’s 50th birthday and I was told they would be delivered at the latest 12:30pm. I had to call the shop at 1pm for them to tell me they had a problem with another delivery. They did not notify me of the delay which put me behind for the other plans I had for the day. They did not apologize for the delay or offer me a partial refund or future discount for the inconvenience. I also asked for red roses in the arrangement but she received pink. I would not ordered from this shop again.

You never really know what to get when you order flower 3,000 miles away and in a different time zone. Mary & The Bloom Shoppe team more than came through for me and understood the importance of the small delivery window outside of their business hours - I could not be more grateful that they made an exception for the late Sunday afternoon delivery. I was hoping the artist would post this beautiful arrangement on social media. Maybe he still will when the tour is over - I’ll update the review if he does… (PS I didn’t specifically ask, but the fact that they included ranunculus which happens to be my favorite flower just proved I made the right choice trusting The Bloom Shoppe)

I LOVE BLOOM!! They have lovely arrangements and the staff is very cool. They created and delivered my Mother's Day flowers, sent a text upon delivery and included a photo. A flower company has never done that for me willingly. The arrangement exceeded my expectations and mom loved them.

They were able to deliver the flowers to a hotel and have them out in the room. My wife fried at how pretty the flowers were! Highly recommend.

How pleased I was to get a very gracious thank you with pictures the bouquet was better than snapshot on line. The recipient loved them so much what ever room she changed to she took bouquet with her. Compared to other on line venders best price and access And seeing pictures value. Great designera.
