I was in the process of getting over a cold. I was having a constant sinus drip and mucus build up in my throat which caused me to cough.
The day before going to Halotherapy, I was playing volleyball for the first time in 20 years. My knees and arms were sore right before going inside.
My husband and I spent 20 minutes in the room and shortly after, the sinus drip, mucus build up and sore joints were gone.
Thank Trish for introducing me to this amazing treatment ???

Staff feels pretty busy as they go about but they do listen to your questions and go out of their way to help you. The space is large and has something for everyone. I enjoyed their sound bath experience but the new space is not designed for it, it wasn't all that relaxing. Great place to ask about rocks, art pieces and more! I loved their jewelry collection and the owner takes pride in her job.

If you haven't been in this shop, you are missing out! I have collected gemstones and crystals for years and I love this store! Customer service is outstanding and they always have what I'm looking for. They have some of the most beautiful and unique jewelry as well! Some shops can be overwhelming, but Bliss crystals is beautifully organized!
