They are so helpful! I have been here for spark plug replacements, brakes pad replacements. I do my parts directly from honda dealership and take my parts and they do the labor. Have always been treated nicely and they are honest about repairs.

I'm very knowledgeable about vehicle mechanics and I do most repairs myself. However, I was in the Temecula area from out of town and my alternator went out. I had limited tools on me...and limited time. My tow truck driver recommended Bird. It's always nerve wracking feeling out of my element and at the mercy of an unknown vendor.I couldn't be happier with Bird! They got my vehicle in right away, confirmed my diagnosis, ordered the part, and had me on my way in 90 minutes...all at a very reasonable price! Highly recommend.
