“Was driving through town on our way back to Southern California with a very sick mountain bike that wouldn't shift. Called and got a hold of the owner, Randy. He said bring it right in despite being 3:30 on a busy Saturday with them closing at 5 PM.
Randy had it in the stand as soon as we got there and had it fixed within 20 minutes.
Absolutely amazing service at incredible prices. If you want quality work definitely check out old town bicycle company.

“Purchased a bicycle for my teenage son and very happy with the service. My son and I went together to pick out a bike. I spoke to the staff and let them know what the bike would be regularly used for and not for. They recommended 3 different styles - BMX, hybrid, and mountain. Our son test rode the bikes he was interested in and the staff helped him with understanding how to use the gears and the handbrakes on the different bikes. While the prices were higher than I was expecting, I knew the bicycle was going to be an investment in my son and the bike would be an item he uses for years to come and I am hoping, with proper care, his bicycle will last him through middle, high school, and college.”
