Horrible management. They lock up the bathrooms and did not let my 98 yr old mother-in-law use it. She ended up soiling her self tying to walk almost a half mile away to the public bathroom at the playground. Then when I called to complain about this the manager was never in and always told to call back later. These are horrible people and they need to lose their lease for not supporting the public at a public park.

This store has a good selection of mainstream snacks, international snacks, and new products. The store is well stocked and neat in appearance. Of all the staff members I've come across (owner, teens, older staff, etc.), all were very polite and courteous. An improvement to be made would to have the restrooms open up for patrons (like it was in the beginning) again. Maybe have a code to use for access. Having the lack of running water to be able to wash up after a child eating ice cream, is challenging. The closest public would at the Harveston Lake Park, which is just on the other side.

This convenience store is located right off the beautiful Harveston Lake but the experience we had there today was really very disturbing. I took my 89-year-old mother for a walk near the lake and she suddenly needed to go to the bathroom so I took her to this store but the shop assistant named Hiba refused to let her use the bathroom citing the owner does not allow the customer to use the bathroom and the bathroom is for employee only. I offered to buy something in the store and explained to Hiba that my mother is 89 years old and will not be able to walk to the other bathroom on time because that is 0.75 miles away on the other side of the lake near the play ground. But Hiba had no compassion at all and would not let my mother use the bathroom. She kept on telling me, "It is not my responsibility. I am just following the owner's rule."It is so disturbing that someone who works at this store could be so cold, with no compassion and no common sense at all. She better wish she would never grow old and never need to use a bathroom outside her home urgently because what goes around comes around.

If you are walking around Harveston Lake Park, do not stop in the Beyond Food Mart because they do not allow anyone to use their restroom, not even 97 year old woman who soiled herself trying to walk anothe half mile to the closest restroom. The lady behind the counter, Hiba, recited what the owner told her to say to the letter! No public restrooms! No exceptions. So common since is not allowed. I do not blame Hiba, she was told no exceptions and is not allowed to use common since. Hiba kept blaming the owner and said there was a meeting and the owner made it very clear that there are no exceptions and no public restrooms. As we are all getting older, I would hope that people can show an ounce of compassion and common sense. Please call the store and let them know that they need to change this policy today.

My review is specifically for the employees of Beyond. My adult son is on the spectrum and I worry sometimes how he will be treated when being independent out in public. He is always treated well when he goes into this little market. He even forgot his wallet a few weeks ago and an employee was holding onto it for him. He doesn't carry much cash as he was taught but the fact that it was returned to him says a lot. Thank you Mikey and your team for always treating my son well when he goes in there.

Attendant this evening was very helpful. Happy they carry Thrifty ice cream and an assortment of snacks in case you get hungry while taking a random trip to the lake for the day.

Employees are always super friendly. The old lady that I'm assuming is the manager because she doesn't ever wear a name tag just the shirt, is kinda mean, just unfriendly and rude. A very charming place: great snacks and drinks as well.

We found this Delhi market nearby Harveston Lake Park. I remember this place as a small town hall used to hold various events such as birthday parties, congregation, etc. The interior gave the feeling of a gas station food stop. There were pastries, assorted beverages, candies, and a variety of snacks. Perfect location after a quick walk or run around the park.

I’m guessing this is a franchise location because this store is vastly under stocked for such a prime location by the lake. I don’t know if the owners just don’t care but there’s not much variety. They have some grocery items (bread, paper plates, canned goods) along with some snacks and one display of chips/candy. There’s maybe like 4 coolers of drinks and 3 coolers of ice cream and a bunch of space which they use to stack cases of drinks to refill the coolers. They can definitely utilize their space with more coolers and have so many more drink options or even alcohol or hot coffee but I think it’s too much work for the owner. The parking lot at night is horrendous. The lamp posts in the parking lot are so dim you can barely even see where you’re parking. Compared to other Beyond Food Marts this location is sub par. I only go here if I’m desperately thirsty or have a craving for ice cream and don’t wanna go far as I live by the lake but otherwise I’d stick to good ole 7-Eleven.

food is good and variety is big the only problem for me are the prices they are a little too much for small things but i guess thats the premium you pay for going to a store on the lake. Pretty clean and employees are a hit or miss depends who is working the counter but they are polite
