I went in for a few things and one of the employees Stan provided by far the best customer service I have ever received in a long time. It was a slower day, and I’m in a wheelchair so I have a hard time grabbing things from high shelves especially glass bottles, Stan helped me with cart and helped grab all of my items and even helped me put my items in my car. 10/10 I can really tell that Stan loves his job and loves helping guests.

Good variety of drinks, but good luck in getting someone to help you. Only 1 employee approached me. They were busy talking to themselves, and the cashiers were moody. I hadn't been here in many years, and I don't plan to return.

I went to BevMo to purchase some merchandise from them. I asked a staff member to help me find the products I needed and his help was valuable because he showed me comparisons of products by type and brand and which products would suit my culinary tastes and needs. The place was clean and very organized. I will be back.

Yay for being a store that houses an abundance of alcohol. But boo because some of the prices are really high, and the store is kind of small. For instance, I was thinking I might want to make some Aperol spritzes, but a small bottle of Aperol liqueur was $14! And a large one was $23! And this was after the membership discount. (You have to sign up for their club card in order to get discounted prices.) The Aperol is too dang high here. The people who work here are friendly, though. I got asked a few times whether I needed help, and both times I demurred and insisted that I was fine. I sometimes just like to wander places like BevMo like a child at a toy store. I did end up getting a bottle of Vinho Verde. I don't have a BevMo club card, so I was a little shocked at the price, but it was worth it because it was a good bottle of wine.

Not much to say, other than BevMo stays open an hour later than the other beverage stores, and is well stocked to say the least. I have another preference for stocking my home, but in a pinch, BevMo comes through! Their wine selection and dark liquors are top shelf, and the rewards program is quite good.

They have lost a lot of their selections trying to turn it into a grocery/convenience store. Not too sure I will be back. The big positive experience was the staff, they get 5 stars.

Please add store hours to driver pick up notes. communicating what time after hours pick ups begin will make better customer service. Thanks.
