Absolutely disgusting hotel. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE. won't even respond to me and even entertain a conversation about a refund. Showed up to an absolutely filthy room with sex hands all over the headboard. How gross. Dorrine at the front desk was absolutely useless as well. She just kept repeating herself that she is a manager but unable to help at all. She just kept saying she was leaving a message for Neal, but of course never did anyone reach out.

Reserved here for a soccer tournament. Unfortunately the room had a bug infestation, flying insects - gross. Cockroaches and bedbugs are not what one is looking for a family vacation. Furthermore, customer service in follow-up has been abysmal and the experience was so disappointing. We hoped that he manager Neal or the front desk manager Doreese would have acted to correct the situation but phone calls are not returned and we are still awaiting a refund. This experiences makes us very unlikely to stay here ever again, or another Best Western. Recommend you look elsewhere for your travel in Temecula.

Great place for the price. Clean and the manager was phenomenal. We will be back and it was so close to the wineries and down town for dinner.

Steer clear of this place. We stayed there almost a month ago and are still dealing with several issues, including them charging my card that was just supposed to be used for the deposit. They are dishonest and unapologetic. Customer service is a nightmare and doesn't comprehend the severity of messing with peoples money.

Clean room, well appointnted. Modern plenty of outlets, everything worked. Great shower bath. Walls are a little thin, voices carry. Staff seem like a family business. They take you in and make you feel at homeRooms: Walls need more soundproofing, orders can enter from outside and next door.Nearby activities: Lots to see and do, shop, learn, eat.. right off the 15 and 215.Safety: The community requires, watch your back, travel in groups of 2 or more, lock your sh.. stuff, avoid dark areas. This place is well lit.Walkability: Can walk, be careful, watch your stepFood & drinks: Breakfast was perfect, plentiful delicious. Carterer was friendly and helpful. Make your own waffles

Exceeded expectations. Better than 3 star hotel near Disneyland. Full breakfest included with waffle bar, eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast ect. I wish I took more pictures but just trust me, this hotel is better than expected especially in comparison to Aniehem hotels. Fridge and microwave in room.

Older type hotel with all doors facing parking lot. Lots of parking lot noise and could hear every step of the people upstairs to include their violent vomiting event. I usually use Best Western but will avoid this style of hotel.

I've been a guest at this motel numerous times, paying full price. More than $100 per night on a Tuesday! As an established client of this motel, I believe I have the right to rate it, at this time, because the lack of respect, and the absence of manners, by the owner, Nil, has directly influenced my decision to not spend my money here ever again. Long story short, I interviewed with owner, Nil, for a Front Desk Position; he offered me the position that same day and I accepted the same day. We discussed training, and what days I would be scheduled and went home. I gave thanks to God for the job, and for everyone involved, including Nil and his family. My daughters, and my son were happy, as I was. He ignored multiple texts and phone calls; I had to call him a third time, only to hear him say "the position has been filled!" Something about double booking! You mean to tell me you offered the position to someone else, and still had me come in for an interview; and accept your job offer, and it never occurred to you that the right thing to do was to let me know. Maybe it's lack of maturity or intellect, but what you don't realize is that you're not qualified to be a family business owner, nor to be making any family business decisions. You are an irresponsible proprietor and disrespectful. You disrespected me as a repeat customer, as a person, my credibility, my time, your guests, your staff, your place of business, our community, the business community and most importantly, your family, and my family. And to make matters worse, it was all due to ignorance. You've got some growing up to do. You know what they say, every guest that walks away dissatisfied pulls ten more clients.

This place makes you feel like you’re in a luxury resort- actually no. BETTER. The customer service and kindness of staff is better than any where I’ve ever stayed. Doreese made all of my days better. Compassion goes a long way these days!

I have just reviewed my credit card statement and I see my $100 deposit at this hotel I'd now $100 purchase. I called the hotel and was told I must have smoked in the room. I'm not a smoker and the room was left cleaned up and orderly. The room was okay but the rifraf around the hotel definitely caused uneasiness. I've had shady hotels try to keep my deposit before and I will definitely follow up with management later today. I wish I could be reimbursed for the hotel wasting my time and money but it seems they are not concerned about cheating their customers. Hopefully they will return my money today.
