The presentation was great. When it came to the final amount, $36,000+, which was ridiculous, the salesman discounted it to $21000+ but that deal would end the moment he walked out of the door. We explained we do not make a decision of that magnitude on the spot. My husband told him that he was disappointed in him trying to coax us in to buying right then. In addition, I explained that if we accepted now, paid for it (he offered financing), and the VA awarded less than the $6800.00 he stated we would get, we are the ones who get stuck with the remainder - he said, "well yes". Also, we would be out of 21000.00 until the VA issued a $6800.00 (it would be in two payments) check to us. My husband is a veteran and the VA offers a HISSA grant. My husband informed him that he already spoke with the VA and was waiting on a response as to how much they would give. I asked him if Medi-care would pay for part of it if the VA provided a prescription. He never responded to that question, he started explaining the VA's method again. Then he wanted us to talk with his supervisor. We declined and told him we would look elsewhere. I felt like I was sitting in front of a used car salesman.

I don’t usually write reviews, but the installers for my new shower, Justin Luis and his partner, deserve my praise. They wear polite, answered all my questions, kept me informed of their progress and when they were finished, everything was completely cleaned up and I was left with a beautiful new shower. They were everything I could hope for from strangers working inside my home and great representatives of Bath Planet.
Justin, thanks for a job well done.

Love my new shower! One of the best experiences! Everyone I dealt with from the very beginning to the was very professional & extremely helpful! They are very accommodating. Chris & Ernie were great!! They take pride in their work & it shows! Bath Planet was recommended to me & I would definitely recommend them.

We spoke with Justin Murphy with Bath Planet and he was very knowledgeable, he explained all we needed to know and he answered all are questions on how to replace our shower. We can highly recommend him.

Jose is outstanding. Stood behind your company in all respects after 3:30 minutes start delay and being told the second bath crew was a NO show. Not a good start for a premium priced company.
Day two is starting no better with a 11 pm start.
The parts have been in your werehouse for months!!!!!!
Hopefully they it will not take more than two days. I’d recommend Jose and his helper Tracy but not your company at this point

Our bathroom needed a remodel so It was torn down to its foundations and almost everything was replaced. We now have a new and improved restroom/shower area that our tenants love and enjoy. It has made for a refreshing shower experience during a hot summer, and will continue to serve that purpose as the years go on. We are very thankful for Roberto, Jason, and Sam for a job well done, as well as their friendliness and professionalism.

I absolutely love our new walk in shower! Chris and Ernie did an amazing very professional, high quality job. Chris made sure to confirm all of our choices made and gave us all cleaning and maintenence instructions to maintain it in tip top shape. Can't wait to do a second bathroom soon. Wow! What a great company! We recently decided to redo our master bathroom. We looked at so many options and companies. I reached out to Bath Planet to get some information. Joe Rodriguez, the representative from Bath Planet came to our home. He is very knowledgeable about their products and had many great ideas for us. But, the best part is that he’s not pushy at all! We placed our order with Joe and in about 4 weeks, the work began on the shower. The installers, Justin and Jason were very professional and took care to keep the mess confined to the bathroom. 2 days later, we had a beautiful shower! We are very happy with Bath Planet and the work that was done. I highly recommend the company and especially Joe.

Jacob and Jose from Bath Planet were amazing!!! They explained the procedure and fittings before they started. They were professional and efficient. Put coverings down to protect our flooring, cleaned everything up when they finished and our new shower looks amazing!
